The groomer was so understanding of my senior dog's needs and restrictions. I appreciate the efficient service. She finished him with an excellent groom. I'll be returning.

Jessica is an amazing groomer & person to work with!!! Our Susie Q has finally found her forever groomer. She just turned 1 years old today! So we are looking forward to seeing Jessica for her grooming needs for a long time. Jessica is always in a good mood, loves what she is doing & listens to what ever needs or concerns you may have. I've waited 36 years to find a extra special groomer like Jessica. This is my 4 the dog in all those years. Susie Q seems to love her tooThanks and see you soon I highly recommend her!!!!!!

First of all I'm not sure how anyone can leave a bad review of this place. The owner Vicky is wonderful! I have an elderly dog who is extremely d to work with and she has sent the best groomers I and my dogs have ever experienced.I have worked with three of Vikki's groomers, and everyone of them was absolutely wonderful.Vikki's staff respects her because she is a wonderful person who knows how to run a professional business.Vikki is a beautiful Profesional and her staff is absolutely lovely to work with. I would recommend this Groomer to anyone in all of Arizona. It is definitely worth the drive from out of town to get your dogs groomed here.

Today Friday March 29th 2024 we had an appointment to have their Mobil unit to come to our house at 11:30 am. To our amazement Amanda Card the groomer showed up 5 minutes early. I've used velvet Bow for 4 years now and though they have been very good at grooming our girl Bella this time was absolutely fantastic!! She introduced herself very pleasantly as we've alway's had different people groom Bella from Velvet Bow. She asked us what we were hoping for and I explained that even though Bella had some matting I'd like to have her cut be one inch in length and her nail's cut. The last woman we had shaved her down completely and my husband wasn't too happy about it. I also wanted her face to have a cute cut too. When Bella walked into the house after she was done I was blown away at how incredibly cute she looked. It was the best cut my Bella ever had!! Bella is a golden doodle that's 4 years old and Amanda Card gave her a puppy cut! She looked SO FREAKING CUTE!! I'm still over the moon every time I look at my girl. If you want exactly what you ask for and Amanda say's ok, then that what you'll get and you will not be disappointed! I hope and pray Amanda stay's at the Velvet Bow because she's the woman I'll be asking for every single time Bella needs grooming. Thank you Amanda Card. You're amazing at your craft. Oh, and one more thing..Amanda put pink bows on each ear. That was the icing on the cake

Good with the puppies. Lots of employees so getting an appointment is easy to get and they did a great job with an active Cavi Pup. Did you know you can walk in for toe nail clips? Awesome!!!

-had my dog groomed here on 10/1-made my next appt for 4 weeks later on 10/29-they called the morning of 10/29 to say they had to cancel-rescheduled me for 11/10 @ 10am-dropped off my pup @ 9:50am-called to ask for an update @ 12:30pm (2.5 hours into appointment)-told to come in 45 min-arrived 1 hour later and was told it will be 30 more min (4 hours after my appointment start time)-scheduling, time keeping and communication all very disappointing

Cat is awesome. She treated my nervous rescue pup with kindness & care. Fergie hasn't balked about going to see her once. I cannot recommend Cat enough.

Everything was wonderful about our dogs grooming. Shes never had a better haircut. Amanda was amazing!

Penny just got her bath and a hair cut. She loves to go. They do a really good job. They cut her perfect just like I request. Thank you for taking good care of my little one.

Teddie Bear and Jimmy Chew came home from their beauty parlor happy, gorgeous and smelling devine. They couldn't wait to show off.Wehave a hard time keeping up with Teddie's Lhasa like fur coat. I'm always trimming little mats out, but yesterday she was silky and fluffy and my trimmed out holes no longer show. She is particularly nervous away from home, but she was calm and happy yesterday.Jimmy Chew looked handsome yesterday and we could clearly see his beautiful black eyes.thank you, Thank you, Thank you.
