Went here and there were 2 male employees inside vaping with no masks on. A lady, maybe the manager was on the phone also no mask. Ridiculous!! They lost my business!

The staffs here are super friendly and will help you choose what's best for you. They are not pushy with selling you the top of the line items, which is definitely a positive take. Their interest is more for helping others to quit smoking or even to just give them the full potential out of Vaping. The Vaping scene is getting larger and larger everyday, especially in bigger cities like California and Las Vegas and it's slowly migrating it's way here to the desert. It's an alternative and healthier way of smoking, from just using heated water vapors infused with flavor to help you not only stop inhalation of harsh chemicals but to Vape with style and your choice of favorite juices that can satisfy you Vaping. The employees know what they are talking about and will explain everything to you if you had questions/concerns. I'm not a smoker myself but I enjoy being able to Vape many different flavors w/ no nicotine that will just allow me to have that flavor vape in my mouth. However if you did want that nicotine in your juices, you do get that choice and can even use the weaning off steps to calm your nicotine cravings. Organization of the store is spectacular. They are well ran and even have a juice bar where you can sit down and taste test every flavor they have in stock! The flavors range from 100+ different flavors so whether you're a sweet, bitter, sour, etc. type of person. I guarantee there is a flavor that is right for you. The flavors are different from your other Vape shops, they have more quality to them and you can definitely taste the flavor that is labeled. So if you are looking for a great Vape shop or trying to help you, friends or family quit smoking, bring them here so they can get the true Vape experience. Not too mention it's also a pretty laid back place to hang out, watch movies or even play some Xbox while you're Vaping. Give this place a try!

So, for a vape newbie like myself ... I can walk into any of these shops & potentially be ripped off (suckered). This is NOT the case here. No one here tries to use and abuse their customers, openly knowing that they could easily be tricked into countless upsales. Most of us are new to the idea of vaping, so we always have endless questions (or just look lost & hope someone's going to pipe in and save us). The staff is over the top, helpful, but not pushy. This is not just a personal experience, because I do admit that I know Peter (owner) personally. We've been friends for a long minute. :P But I love seeing their work ethic here. They're nice to EVERYONE that walks through their doors, no matter the abundant of ridiculous questions they may have. Trust me, I've seen plenty of scouters walk in just hounding away with questions about any & everything. Then leave without a single purchase (not even a bottle of juice!)Anyway, yap yap yap... Yes, love the staff. Hah ! But seriously, they're always up to date on the latest mods. They build them in front of you, teach you how to use them, etc. And don't get me started on their juice selection... This ain't no Freedom. These aren't mixed and concocted in-house. They're all legitimate with proper names and brands. And they keep getting different flavors in constantly ! So yum. Okay, enough of my rant. Go see for yourself. I'm not being biased, promise. (; Oh ! And it is very clean & neat, because the owner is slightly OCD. Hehe. Setup there is definitely on point.

They really don't know shit about vaping they treat their employees like garbage and they got rid of the live music band that was one of the best parts drawing in small crowds. It's sad to see how pathetic and far they have fallen. Used to be a favorite when peter was there and now it's turn into a tin can of shit.

Vape addiction used to be a unique spot some years ago. However it was sold off during the FDA scare, the current owners are just trying to use the previous reputation for another buck. The place has gone pretty stagnant. It used to be full of people and would host events and competitions and whatnot, however now it's just an empty shell filled with underpaid employees and below average juice selection. I feel like this place will close down unless ownership or atmosphere drastically change.

First off I honestly was under the impression that freedom smoke was the only vape supply store in Tucson. I'm so happy I was wrong. I happened to drive past Vape Addiction one afternoon and stopped in to check it out. After months of waiting in ridiculous lines, never having any stock, inconsistent juices and clueless staff suggestions at freedom, Vape Addiction was nirvana floating in water vapor. The person who greeted me, who happened to be the owner answered every question I had in great detail. He was super friendly, made perfect suggestions, taught me a thing or ten and I didn't have to wait for two hours for him to acknowledge me! What a novel concept! So to anyone who vapes, do yourself a favor. Ditch Freedom and get into Vape Addiction. It's slightly more expensive but the service and quality are more then worth it. This is Cynthia's fiancé, I'm using her account because I believed they needed to hear what a great experience they provided. Will be switching over to them for ALL my vaping needs.

This place has Freedom smoke beat! After a rather horrifying experience at Freedom Smoke USA I found vape addiction. I love this place, here's why.Unlike Freedom Smoke, they have a very knowledgeable, helpful, and kind staff. They are all about making sure you are happy. They have a juice bar (E juice, not smoothies) and they will sit there all day and let you sample every single juice they have. They don't complain when you ask questions, they really make you feel at home when you walk into the shop.I bought a couple of tanks, a battery, and some juice from them. The first thing I noticed was that their juices are thicker and more flavorful. The battery I bought lasts forever on a single charge, and their tanks don't leak. Another cool thing about Vape addiction is that they make mods, if you like just blowing clouds, thats the way to go. Its really cool to watch. I am so grateful this place exists, after essentially being treated like I was a nobody at freedom smoke, I walked into Vape addiction and was treated like a person, my questions were answered in a courteous and professional manner, there is no ridiculous wait times or a pointless sign in sheet., you don't feel rushed at all which is a breath of fresh air.Stock is insane, if you need something, they have it. They sell quality equipment and a reasonable price. You don't feel like you got ripped off when you leave the shop, you feel more knowledgeable every time you leave.Years of freedom smoke treating people like "just another sale" there is finally a alternative, I highly recommend this Vape Addiction!

I went here when I was visiting Tuscon. My battery fried my cartomizer on a roadtrip from Austin. This is good vape shop.LIKES:-Owner was polite and helpful-I was able to buy a brand name battery for a good price-Place was clean. It had a vape bar if you wanted to chill-Good locationThanks yall,

I went there twice now and each time I was helped by this tiny lady who had no issues explaining, showing, listening. Great attitude, great store and the selection of Premium Vape Liquids made this now my go to. Liquids, mods, coils and more.There are many vape shops mixing their liquids in house but I keep finding myself having to guess what I am actually tasting. Premium it is.
