Came here back in 2023 with some friends who were out of town and this was definitely not worth the experience. The tickets were extremely expensive only to last a whole 30 minutes maybe in the museum. The only thing that my friends and I enjoyed was the VR experience, that was an extra cost :/ we also enjoyed the surround view photo room but other than those two things there wasn't much to impress us.If the gift shop had more intriguing items that weren't so expensive, I am sure we would've walked out with something we had purchased. Will not be coming back to this exhibit.

This was a super fun experience and one to remember! Great staff and overall easy to navigate walk through experience for a self guided tour. The space is well organized and each area audio is offered has a unique presentation which allows for clear come reception. Would definitely visit again!

I r been to this exhibit twice now and I'm planning to go once more at least. I can't stop sharing this with my family and friends. It's self-paced and includes SO much of Van Gogh works presented in the most amazing ways. There are several mini exhibits before you get to the immersion room. After they have a 3D experience, photos and coloring for the kiddies. They have great little gift shop too. The staff is super duper nice. Autumn was especially helpful. I had my elderly mom with me and Autumn was so flexible and patient. She also explained to me a lot about the exhibit and how I can track if it's been extended again. I'm hoping so because I'd love to go back in both February and March with friends.

Visiting this exhibition was really cool! People who design and thought about it did a great job! The staff were super nice and friendly, they served us hot tea and they were running the place well. I enjoyed the different styles of showing the art and the short stories about Van Gogh's worldview. Using the VR set and being a part of the artwork let was good nice experiences. Overall I enjoyed it but I expect more displays. The music was good but the narrated sound was not very clear. The gift shop had nice souvenirs in good price.

It may seem like a lot of money for a smaller exhibit, but get all the bonus add ons. Worth it! You must read all the history to really understand the time periods of the artist. Don't skip a room, and don't rush through the reading. Everyone's favorite was the art brought to life where a 30 minute show of moving artwork on the walls, ceiling and floors. However my favorite was just out that door. The VR experience. Wow. It's like a suspended ride through moderns times with living art. This should not be missed! After that you can color a picture and we even had our own picture taken with a Van Gogh background. Priceless. We shopped around the small souvenir shop while it printed. Worth the prices to add it all on and don't miss the 10 min VR experience!!

Amazing immersive experience! The art, the history of Van Gogh and his family was informative. His quotes and his art blended perfectly into a completely awe inspiring artistic expression. I left the experience feeling like I knew him a tiny bit better, and certainly have a new appreciation for his work. Worth going!!!!

My fiance and I recently visited the Van Gogh Immersive Experience and it was an absolute delight from start to finish. This unique exhibition took us on a captivating journey through the history of Van Gogh, and the immersion into his artworks was nothing short of breathtaking. Opting for the VIP tickets was a fantastic decision as we each received complimentary posters, adding a special touch to our experience. But that's not all - the VR Experience included in our VIP package was a true highlight, allowing us to step into Van Gogh's world like never before. The combination of history, art, and technology made for an unforgettable outing. If you're looking for a one-of-a-kind artistic adventure, this is definitely the place to be!

This was a unique way to learn about Van Gogh's life and art. I knew very little about him before coming here. We didn't know what to expect. It was interesting reading the various displays and watching the little short videos. The best part was sitting in the big room, relaxing and enjoying the changing scenes all around us. Neither of us felt it was worth the cost we paid. If we could've gone at a different time, the price was a little better. It was a new experience for us, so that's always fun.

This was my first time doing an immersion experience. I saw a lot of different posts and I was very excited to try it. I did the VIP option which was about $57. I did not advance order my tickets, because I did not want to pay the extra fees/taxes. We went on a Thursday evening, and it was a little crowded, but not unbearable. The VIP came with the regular immersion experience, the VR experience, a lanyard, and a poster. I recommend just buying the regular entrance ticket, then just adding the VR option on for five dollars. There is three small galleries. I went through those pretty quickly. A lot of the information I already knew. The last part is the immersion experience. It's a 32 minute video loop inside of a large room. They do have some seating. The room was very hot and a little stuffy/muggy. I couldn't hear a lot of what was being said because you're in a room with a lot of other people who are talking. I wish the room was darker because I think the video would come out better. It was also a little hard to follow what was going on/story being told. The virtual reality was interesting, but I wear glasses and the headset would not fit over my glasses, so I did not see it clear as I could have. So if you were glasses, I definitely recommend wearing contacts for the VR experience. I got my poster at the end. They were out of poster that I wanted. They also have a gift shop at the end where you can buy things like books, purses, posters, postcards, etc. And they have a coloring station with crayons as well. The staff was very friendly. They gave directions and suggestions soon as we walked in. For the price, I was just underwhelmed. I was able to do the full thing in about a hour
