This place is a scam. They don't honor their commitment to change equipment within the first 30 days, they rarely return calls, and if they do return a call, but miss you, they prompt you to call them again, leave you on eternal hold forever, then offer to call you back. And then don't. They are ripping patients and insurance companies off. Employees should be ashamed to work for them.

The mask fit is critical to success with CPAP. They have NEVER offered me any choice or advice about size or style. When I went to get the stuff, the instructor gave me a mask and headpiece. I tried it on, but pulled out the one that had worked for me in the sleep study and said I want that one. He gave me that one, but the 3 month supply of spares he gave me was for the other one. It took me an hour on the phone to get them to send me the right style. There was no suggestion about sizing. I finally found a size guide and it looks like a medium would work better for me. I was able to order a medium (for only $130) from AirFit, so I didn't have to deal with VRS. If it works better, I'll try to get them to change my size in their records so future replacements will work for me.

This place is terrible. I get my CPAP equipment from them. It takes several phone calls to get replenishment supplies! Every call, I got a different excuse as to why my order hasn't gone through. They said I needed a prescription from my doctor, but that was the same excuse I got 3 months ago! I found out that the prescription was only sent after my 4th call. They also said they would sign me up for texting reorder, but I never got the text! I was told months ago they would put me on an automatic reorder system only to find out that it is only for people under the age of 65. I find this place to be totally incompetent. Stay away if you can.

I have been using CPAP for 20 years with several DME suppliers and respiratory therapists. That said, in my experience, Valley Respiratory is the absolute worst for RT, 'customer service' and business policies.

This company is a joke! My Dr faxed over an order on 4/4/2022. The company never called me. I finally got ahold of someone on 4/19/2022 and they stated they only received the order on 4/18/2022. My Dr's office confirmed that they faxed it on 4/4. This company is based on lies and will delay your medical care as long as they can. When I did get someone on the phone, I asked to speak with a supervisor and conveniently they were all in a meeting. I was promised a call back and of course no one called me back!

Avoid at all costs. I don't think they have processed an order correctly once in the almost one year I have had to deal with them. When you point out an issue they will not respond. Will not respond to emails, will not return phone calls.
