I was having headaches so I went to Dr Zachaias at Valley ENT. he did a CT and said I needed sinus surgery as he could see something ( fungus or tumor). He told me I would be awake during the procedure even though I requested to be put out. He said I was too elderly to be put out (65j. I went into surgery and it was awful. first of all it did hurt. then he said it was fungus and he could only get 1/3 of it scraping and vaccuming my sinus and he wanted me to come back. I told him it hurt and he acted very surprised and almost like he did not believe me. At my follow up he said we would just watch it a few months and to come back.Fast forward to now. my primary did a CT of my sinus and referred me to an ENT in Tucson. my sinus is filled with fungus, infection and pus. I had never been given any anti fungal or antibiotic after surgery and he did not even do a CT. The new doctor said he will never do a surgery without putting me out ( thank god). He is going to have to go in and fix everything that was made worse by the surgery in Feb. just a word of caution , get a 2nd opinion and if your gut says something isn't right listen to it. I wish I had.

Follow-up on my previous review with a comment I forgot to mention. Dr. Tennyson actually called me at home late one afternoon to check on me. Try finding another doctor in today's world that would do that!

Dr Zacheis has been my Dr for over ten years. I ordered hearing Aids on February 2024 after 10 months of not complying with the correct paperwork required for submission to my insurance I contacted the office manager Carry Heart who was combative at best and claimed that the Dr was aware of insurance problems but was not willing to take the time for a Dr to Dr phone call as requested by the insurance. Hart claimed Dr Zacheis was aware I would loose my $8,800.00 benefit for 2024 and did not care, She stated he said he has done all he is willing to do.

Title: not a good experienceWent to Green Valley ENT to see about what could be done about my frequent nighttime awakenings. I knew I probably had sleep apnea and after several years decided it was time to do something about it. After an introductory exam it was determined I should have a study done at home using the Sleepimage Ring. An appointment was made for me to pick it up in Tucson - why they could not do it in Green Valley was puzzling. I also learned that after the 1 night study was done I had to return the ring back to the Tucson office the next day. I did everything exactly as was instructed only to find out the next day it had not worked. There was no explanation why that had happened and the device has no ability to let you know if it would ever work. I decided that maybe it would be better to find a different provider and a different approach. It was a lot of driving and a big waste of time.

To the lady upfront who talks about all the other staff workers in front on the patients is embarrassing. I've gone three different times. The lady upfront is always eating. She always had food at her desk and in her mouth. Chewing while asking questions is disgusting. She grossed me out. Then when I sat down to hear how she was speaking about her staff members is horrible. She's a big lady already at the green valley office. Who should maybe watch her mouth and not eat food while talking to patients. I will be contacting the manager about this lady. She gets very loud. Very sloppy.

I personally have seen two different doctors here. I had to wait for both of them. That's not so bad if the doctor is wonderful. The first people that you meet to sign in to get appointments. Are the rudest people I ever met. Trisha is one of the young lady who couldn't be any rude i'm polite and professional than ever. I suggest you put her in a different position. She shouldn't be working with the public !!

My elderly mother tried twice to be seen at this location. The first provider canceled due to a personal emergency. Next try, she left the office after over an hour past her scheduled time. Office staff said nothing about being SO FAR behind. Their response was "if you want to be seen, you'll wait". How professional is that? They offered to reschedule for February of next year. This was their mistake, not my moms. Absolutely unacceptable treatment.

I made an appointment with Dr #1, was called the day of the ppt because he had been exposed to Covid; made appt with Dr #2 who was in auto accident the morning of my appt; Went to my appt with Dr #3. My appt was for hearing test at 9:45 am followed by 10:00 am appt. A woman from the back office came out to say that they were running about an hour behind and if we wanted to be seen, we could wait. At 10:45 I asked about re-scheduling. I was told Feb, 2024. I asked about one of the other doctors or one of the other locations. "Oh no," she said, "You are Dr #3's patient." I said that I have never seen him. "Doesn't matter, he would have to release you." I have self-released and making an appointment with another practice. This was a bad experience!!

Very unpleasant receptionist! Could not do New Patient paperwork online before my appointment so I got there early, as they requested, to fill out the paperwork. Several patients with appointment times after mine were seen before me. When I asked why, I was told that I was a new patient so the "established patients" got to see the doctor first. Would not recommend this office!

09-20-22 I was on an Appointment to see Dr. Blum, and waited 45 min. in the front waiting room Freezing cold. I asked the receptionist if the Dr. was running late she said no. I thought i could bear without going to my car to get a sweater. When call to the Examination Room, even colder than the front waiting room. Again waited 5 min. and started to cough since coming out of bronquitis, then opted to open the Examination room door to ask the MA if I could step out to get a sweater out of my car, and she replied yes. As i was walking out of the hall way and closing the door that leads to the front Waiting room the door closed loud with my force used to close it, and I thought to myself the door is light?. But the Receptionist Snap in front of everybody waiting saying " that it you aren't coming back" Me thinking what is wrong with this person?. In the past My husband had a horrible experience with her, and I was accompanying him. He got to his appointment 20 min. earlier. Receptionist register him, waited for about 45 min. and my husband needed to use the restroom, and ask her if was possible to use the one in the Office, and she said that he needed to use the one outside, which he tried but was close. We told her the situation, then ask us to go to the Hospital and maybe in our way out we could see the maintenance guy and ask him to open the door of the public restrooms and she said that my husband's appointment wasn't until an hr. later. my husband got really mad and ask her why didn't she told us before registering him in. My husband show her the Appointment card written the Appt. ( to us was a proof that he Apt. was not invented ). This incident and the Care received by the Dr. drove my husband to never ever go back there.Another Incident was with my Sister; We got to the Appointment date and time written in the Apt. card, and the same Lady told us that the Apt. was in Tucson not in GV. We argued with her but Again My Sister never wanted to go Back.My self; I am on Allergy Injections for 5 Years, and never ever had an Issue while having the treatment and Appointment Until I retired and opted to Use GV Facility. Is the Receptionist Attitude. After getting my sweater from my car, she was waiting for me at the Downstairs by the elevator and wouldn't let me use it. She told me that Dr. Blum Didn't wanted to see me, and that if I insisted she would call the Police on me.I returned Home tried to call the supervisor and never got in touch with her (Lisa), and she never returned my calls.
