Vail Flowers

Whenever I receive flowers, I can immediately tell if they're from Vail flowers because they are fresh vibrant, beautiful, and very full bouquets. I've never received an arrangement from them that didn't last for over a week, sometimes two . Their prices are very fair in an industry where you pay a lot for very little. They are raising the bar on quality one petal at a time.

My parents sent me flowers from Vail Flowers as a celebration and they were incredibly beautiful! The delivery driver rang the bell and then texted to make sure someone was aware the flowers were left at the door. The text was above and beyond with customer service. I love the care they put into it since it's so hot out it's important to get them inside asap. Prices seem to be comparable to 1800 flowers but the customer service was so much better and the flowers seem fresher and healthier than flowers I've gotten from 1800 flowers. Definitely recommend them for a local florist.

Vail Flowers really deserves all its 5 star reviews! I called to order flowers as a thank you for a wonderful weekend stay at my cousin's house in Vail, and asked for an arrangement on the website that features proteas and succulents since my cousin likes desert fauna and whimsy. They didn't have proteas in stock, but said they could get them in a couple of days. I was willing to wait, and am so glad I did! My cousin sent me a photo, saying she loved the unique and beautiful arrangement (which I liked even more than the one on the website!) I am so impressed with the artistry and freshness of the arrangement and the great customer service. Thank you!

In my quest to support local always, but especially during COVID I ordered some flowers here for a dear friends birthday. I was tired of using the big name companies and being disappointed. I happen to live within a mile or two from Vail Flowers and had always seen folks raving about their arrangements.So, I pre-ordered - did a deluxe level arrangement. I selected "CUSTOM FLOWER DESIGN" vs. picking a picture as I thought that would be way more fun. Flowers were delivered on time, my girlfriend absolutely LOVED them (and never sent me a photo) and raved about how gorgeous the arrangement was. So in order to actually SEE how amazing they are, I have ordered flowers for myself and a family occasion I have this coming weekend. There will be post review pics!

Beautiful, great attention to detail, fantastic service. First time it's ER was online and they delivered an awesomely arranged custom bouquet, plus they followed up to make sure we got it! So happy to have found a great florist in our new home town!

Excellent service, amazing arrangements, and great value!I buy my mom and MIL flowers every Mother's Day. My mom's come from Vail Flowers and my MIL's from a number of different flower shops in Clovis NM. I always get them both the "Florists Choice" and when I compare the two side-by-side, the arrangement from Vail Flowers is unbelievably better....they are on another level! I wish there was a Vail Flowers in every town - I really can't sing their praises loud enough. Ordering is easy, delivery has always gone off w/o a hitch, and the arrangements always exceed my expectations.
