US Post Office

Wish I could do zero stars. This place is always busy with zero help, and they victim blame when they deliver a package wrong. When I said I never received my package, he said, "Well, that's what YOU'RE saying." I wish people were competent enough to actually do their job and care just even *a little bit* about it.

Came in the day after Memorial Day, and while I knew it would be busy, there was ONE clerk behind the counter and the line was out the door. I was picking up a package and was told there was NO ONE available to help me. Never had a good experience here and am filing an ADA complaint.

As usual this is the worst post office in Tucson! Over 20 people in line, only 1 clerk working! When will the privatize the mail?!?!?

Should get zero stars . My order for mail forwarding back East to Arizona was ignored . The a neighbor texted me and told was piling up . I never received it. ( Tax info etc) Tried to call USPS phone number. It is impossible to get through. Went to this branch to see if they could help. Woman was rude, hostile, insulting and absolutely no help. Complete losers. I emailed US a postal inspector general but I'm doubtful anything will change or improve

Oro Valley Post Office employees are AWESOME this holiday! I was 17th in line to mail packages and was out of there in 20 minutes. I was watching all the employees be professional, pleasant and helpful (even though some of the clientele were a tad "Grinchy.") Made my holiday ho-ho-ho!

The WORST. They never answer phone calls, and our postal carrier constantly takes packages back to the post office because he/she doesn't want to exit the vehicle. Then my email alert says WE requested it be taken back and held there when that is 100% untrue. I've reported the issue multiple times, and nobody seems to care.

Albert was at the Rincon location and he did such an amazing job!!! Friendly service and amazing insight.

Bought my small dog he was wearing his vest said emotional service dog and it was 80 deg out and this person who works here said "no dogs allowed you have to take out your dog before I will help you.. he saw me I was carrying a big box and my dog.. I thought at first he was joking because I took my dog here and there was no problem but this time they were very inconsiderate

I requested my mail be held and then to be delivered to my home. No mail arrived on the scheduled day. I know I had mail since I use USPS Informed Delivery and it showed 8 items. I tried calling the Post Office for over a half and hour (5 to 6 calls) and each time the call was disconnected after a couple of minutes of ringing. I sure hope they haven't lost my mail.

Received excellent & timely service today from the Dutch door worker re address change.
