US Post Office

The employees are helpful, but your day is not necessarily going to be better (or worse) after you come here. Not really sure if I should rate the post office as A-OK or "as good as it gets", because I've always had the same standard experience at all post offices. I've never been here with a wait less than 15 minutes, but I think that's fair of all post offices. I'm grateful for their services and sometimes fail to appreciate that I can mail a box of candy across the country in less than 2 days for just $8.They're full service and have everything you need in terms of mailing and shipping supplies, priority mail boxes, gift cards, stamps, money orders, etc. Thanks for the good work, US Postal Service.

Went in the other day during normal non busy times and had a 45 minute wait. One or more employees just left or was taking there sweet time with a long line. I also had something sent over night and everytime it sent over night it takes 3 days to get to me and it's life threatening illness meds and yet they don't care about over night priority and what it cost to ship to me. Very disappointed in the postal services in Tucson and now I might have to be hospitalized due to the lack of service.

My LEAST favorite post office to go to. Always busy with a long line. If you are in a hurry, choose another location.

I have had my package disappear at this location. I submitted a service request and this request was closed without my being aware. Upon calling USPS I was given this information. Now I have to go onto USPS and onto their website to file a claim.

This is the worst post office ever, they do not even deserve one star. I ordered a replacement key in the middle of May & still have not received it. I had also put a hold on my mail, which was supposed to last until I got my key. Because they've not supplied me with the key I ordered in the middle of May, & have only supplied me with lame excuses, just shoving it further under the carpet: in fact, that is most likely where they've lost my key: under the carpet, where they stand. I never imagined a post office could be so irresponsible for delivery of a mailbox key, etc.......!! They've therefore stolen my key, for they've not supplied me with the key I ordered & therefore they are holding my mail hostage & have stolen my mail. Hmmm? What next? It's The UnUnited Postal Service4u @ least this one anyways!!

THE worst post office in town. Every experience is a negative one. Every worker I have encountered is rude and has raised their voice at me or dismissed me when I ask a simple question. For reference my visits have been to either pick up or mail something out. They are always in a bad mood and couldn't care less about helping people. I hope I never have to go to this location again.

What's the purpose of coming here if you end up doing all the work? The guy working there makes you write To and from with everyone's address on the box instead of just printing out the label. I show up with a slip that has the recipients address on and he refused to type it in and print out the label prior to me writing everything on the box lmao!!! Safe to say I had a few sweet words up my sleeve for him, on top of that. In the parking lot there's a broken down Van with a bunch of druggies in it smoking up god knows what off aluminum foil. They legit parked right in the front, van is on bricks, and they got 3 guys in the back smoking shit. I ask the lady if she's called the cops on them yet and she wasn't even aware of what's going on. This place is a circus, the guy that helped me looked like he had just rolled outta bed, no pride no kindness this place sucks. Oh and shipping legit cost 15 cents less than UPS. I'm never coming back here again!

Super rude both lady's that work there! I got a call to come get my package! Because keep in mind they failed to deliver my package I paid 65$ for express shipping! Didn't get it in time! Got a call to go get it and as soon as I walk in! The lady with blonde hair and the little lady with dark hair was huffing and puffing saying we are closed! But yall just called me not even 15 min ago and told me I can come get it! They are rude the whole time didn't handle my box with care was a mess when I got it!They need new working or better communication among each other!

Are you looking for the most incompetent people on planet Earth? Look no further, the USPS post office at this location will fulfill all your wishes and more. Not only are the workers extremely rude, they absolutely project the greatest disdain for their job that I have ever seen. This attitude is even reflected in how they do their jobs. The postman or postwoman can't seem to figure out which mailbox belongs to me even though the apartment number is written on every fricken package. Not only that, when the package is only slightly to big for the mailbox, they just leave a return slip instead of just going to my apartment which is about ten meters from the mailbox to drop off the package. Perhaps the government isn't paying them enough? Not sure; but as I've said before, if you want low quality work and the bare minimum level of efficiency, then frequent this place as often as you want.

I can't believe I would be writing a review about the USPS because all the USPS I have been to are extraordinary. I took 2 eBay return packages to this post office this month on the 9th and only for them to scan 1 of the packages and the second package disappeared into the air. I have been there twice and all they could tell me is that they scanned and shipped the package without going inside to search for it. None of the 2 employees ever go inside their mail storage to help me find it .I'm sure the package is there, or someone stole the package in their office. The ideal customer service is not even there to help. Now i can't get my $250 refund from eBay because the package is still sitting at this USPS Valencia location. Please make sure you let them scan all your return packages in your presence before you leave their office and don't make my mistake of thrusting them that your package is in a safe hand.
