US Post Office

Have packages that always never deliver because they don't have a secure location but the mailbox is always empty. So frustrating that the mail carrier is too lazy to come and deliver to the mailbox. I am at the third package that should have delivered on a Thursday rescheduled to deliver Saturday and that they didn't want to deliver so they marked it no secure location. They never answer the phones and forget about them calling back when you file a complaint or missing package request.

Unfortunately, I had to go to this post office today didn't want to, but due to time constraints I went. Typically there's a line of anywhere from 7 to 10 maybe even 12 people in line and usually one person or if we're lucky to at the counter has been this way for years, I know we have to do more with less these days. Unfortunately, it's been a way of life with these people whose salary we pay

It would be nice if you people knew how to answer your telephones! Missing packages all the time and when I reschedule my delivery the damn package still is missing. This happens way to often at this location.

HORRIBLE customer service. Won't allow my husband to pick up packages that I sign for, won't answer their phone, never leave packages where they are supposed to, it's impossible to speak with them and when you go inside they always have an attitude like they are grown and you are a child. Sad that UPS and Amazon is BETTER service then the literal United States Postal Service. Wish I could refuse to have packages sent through usps.

USPS is really suck! Lost package, unhelpful customer service... how this company alive until now?

What a great post office! Everyone here was cheerful and chatty with all the customers entering and waiting. The line moved quickly and I doubt I was there even 5 minutes. I was, yet again, mailing dirty clothes home from my trip to Arizona. I almost always bring 'some' packing supplies, but need to pick up a Priority box. Got everything in that medium flat rate box. The postal clerk helping me was funny and made this a good experience. You could tell this team actually enjoys working for the usps. Other post offices could learn from them!

Every time I go to this post office the staff has always been friendly, knowledgeable and helpful with any help I need with choosing the best option to ship my items. Sherri is the sweetest and explains everything so well and makes sure you understand, Kitty came out from behind the counter to help me choose the correct box for what I was looking for and took the time to hear what I needed which was awesome! It does take a while to get through the line at times, but that's just the process of sending a package, no complaints from me!

This place is THE WORST! Seems like several other people have an issue with lazy postal workers CHOOSING not to deliver to an EMPTY mailbox. I work 7-6pm. During half the year, my hours are 5-6pm. Their hours are 9-5pm. Who in tfffffff would be able take off work TO PICK UP AN ENVELOPE. Just wait, will update my review when I pick up this "package" (it's a literal envelope) and this time, I AM complaining to a manager. This is 10x now this has happened. I literally lost a $700 NON. REFUNDABLE. package thanks to them. That's half my rent. All out of pure laziness and now they're doing stuff out of spite because I've gone there complaining they asked if I wanted a manager but I declined... ya know.. CAUSE I HAD TO GET TO WORK. Update: NEVERMIND CANT UPDATE BECAUSE WITHIN FIVE MINUTES OF OPENING, THE LINE IS OUT THE DOOR. I'm not fn standing in that line just to PROVE A POINT THAT YALL ARE THE WORST!!!!!!!!! God I hope this place is SHUT TF DOWN one day. Forever. They shouldn't even be in business with how terrible they are at their jobs. It's funny how Amazon isn't some government agency and I've had nothing but PRISTINE service from them, always. And that's probably why.. anything run by our government is just utter trash. The mail person who "delivers my mail" (rarely) is always so rude. And you'd think it's the same person each time right? WRONG. In the couple years I've lived here -- DOZENS of new people. Sometimes it's within days! There's someone new delivering and they've all been so unbelievably rude and nasty. All my neighbors I've spoken to has the same issue. And their turnover rate is insane in this area so it's never the same rude person. Just a new rude person and it makes sense. Who would wanna work there? They're probably treated like such trash so the people who "deliver the mail" (rarely) take it out on everything else. Hope you enjoy this upcoming summer heat this laziness was going on all through the winter (when we had beautiful weather) then all through the fall (when we had beautiful weather) and all through the beautiful spring. Now it's just gonna get a million times worse. No joke, I am literally MOVING out of this property because of them. I'm so fed up that I'm out of here. I'm gonna have all my mail delivered to a new address immediately so I don't have to deal with this anymore.

The week before Christmas 2:30 p.m., line out the door...and only two people assigned to work the counter. No supplies available. Go elsewhere.

Lobby not open when times posted inside glass entry door says it will be open. Lobby times on website still not updated after 1.5 YEARS! Open 24/7!!! (no.)Some clerks helpful, attentive and personable- others...slo mo, don't seem to care. Angry, hollering customers waiting in line and/or not being helped seems common. doesn't seem to matter to the slo mo's. Line goes out the door, one maybe two employees might be working counter. Maybe maybe maybe 3. Bickering between employees (cause someone's not doing job) common - at expense of people waiting on line observed more than twice...needs better mgmt, and more people that just want to do a good job they were hired for
