US Post Office

Their automatic door open for handicap accessibility DOES NOT WORK!! I came here Saturday morning before Christmas and there was someone stuck inside the post office. Thank God I stopped in to pick up from my PO Box or who knows how much longer she would've been trapped inside the post office. No where to report on the website or phone so I guess a bad review is all I have in my power to do until the post office opens again.

I always enjoy this location because of the people working at the counter. Super friendly staff, very helpful, always a great experience.

Clean and efficient. Social distancing is enforced. Line grew while I was there. There were about 12 people in line upon arrival. Probably 30 when I left. All social distanced.

Don't even bother trying to call. You won't get through. If you by some miracle do, they're beyond rude. Terrible at their jobs.

The staff is very rude, they all have a terrible attitude, and they have dirty looks on their faces. They're super unhelp and just overall rude. Not good at their jobs at all.

What is wrong with the post office? They didn't even try to deliver my package. They have sent it back to the sender. The updates they send are horrible and untimely. Have you gone in there recently? You wanna talk about some really rude people? They could give a rats a-- about what you need. I had someone that wouldn't even let me borrow their black marker. I needed one small piece of tape and they told me I could buy it? I'm not giving the US post office any more money ever! There are plenty other services to get what I need. Horrible horrible service.

Unacceptably long wait, with too few employees on duty. I was there simply to mail a letter internationally, and had to wait in line for 25 minutes. Wolfgang was courteous and reasonably efficient, but this location needs to be better staffed.

Very rude and condescending service from Albert. Not worth the long lines and money.Use another service.

Don't even bother calling this place. I am forced to go here by my apartment complex because this postal site runs the mailboxes, we were unable to use the mailbox for our first month because it apparently take two weeks to get keys they already have into our hands, and when we returned they didn't even know what we were talking about and told us we never did that, until a week later they said our keys were here. I don't know what's worse the fact that they originally gave us the wrong key in the first place or the fact that they changed our mailbox lock a week ago. I felt really valued and prioritized in something as little as the mailbox. My bills and medication getting delivered to me on time is great and all but now I can't even get to them!

Waiting on keys for the mailbox at my apartments and I'm not able to communicate with anyone in other to find out when I'll be able to collect the keys. It's been over a week without any communication.
