US Post Office

Overall, I've had very positive experiences with this postal staff. It is the closest office to our home. It's got to be difficult to be patient when there are always grumpy people coming for help, but they've always been polite. The carrier that delivers our mail to our home is fantastic. He has gone above and beyond his duty to help us out a few times. While we wish him all the best, we are sad that he's decided to retire. Like everywhere, there are usually a few less than positive experiences occasionally, but overall we've been very satisfied with this group.

This post office is run by the nicest most patient people. There is always someone angry at post offices, I swear, but the level of professionalism in spite of grumpy people is outstanding. Also I love the mural.

Requested twice over two weeks to have my mail in my primary mailbox to be forwarded to our second home and twice they said they would retrieve it and forward it. It was supposed to be forwarded by their system but had slipped by their system and some mail keeps going to my former address and some is being forwarded. So far about 15 first class letters and bills and correspondence from the federal government is stuck in my primary mailbox. Now when I call any post office in Tucson all calls go to the operator who doesn't answer after 20 rings. A primary example of government inefficiency and poor customer service. Should be 0 stars.

I use this post office at least once a week and I've never had to many problems but unfortunately the lobby seems so old and dirty and in desperate need of upgrades to most equipment.

This post office seems to not be run very well. During the holidays I'm sure they are dealing with cranky folks, but they sure are rude and nasty themselves. There's no signage outside to tell you where to go depending on what you're there for. There's just a giant (totally expected) line and an occasional employee walking out screaming at people as if we can read minds. There are different lines depending on if you're picking up or dropping off FYI. While I was waiting to pick up items on multiple days, various employees were pretty much the same. Rude, unfriendly, and condescending. I am a front line worker myself, and Covid sucks, but it doesn't constitute treating people poorly!

This post office is a joke. A package was supposed to be delivered Sun the 18th. It was not, so I immediately requested redelivery. Never came. After 1 visit to the location, 10 phone calls, and 3 service requests, I still haven't received my package; this is over a week and a half, now. All I get is the runaround; I've been told twice it would be coming the next day and hasn't, then I'm told my service request will be re-escalated, no one gets back to me...customer service is completely unacceptable.

I've called 7 times, just to have the phone picked up to then immediately put back down 3 times, put on hold 2 times until the line disconnected, the phone was left to ring once, and the final time someone responded and didn't really listen to what the issue was nor did they actually help.I understand it's a government job with no incentive to perform well.but this was absolutely pathetic.

very poor services. always closed always off business. looks like celebrates all holidays christian muslim african islanders u name it they always celebrate always closed.

The delivery person can't even get the mail into the correct NUMBERED boxes and DO NOT even attempt delivery to the door for oversized packages or signatures. Ultimate laziness and dishonesty.

They need employees or something. All I want is to drop a package off to be mailed and get receipt for it. The postage is already handled in my end. You can't come in here and wait in less for less than 30 minutes, and that's on a good day.
