Terrible customer service, I asked a simple question for the free boxes they provide I only got 2 and I needed 2 more to pack them up and they denied and were extremely rude for no reason. It wasn't only me but to to other customers as well.

If I could give zero stars I would. This is the worst post office ever. This morning, my sister brought in a package I sent her because during shipping, the mug I made for her was shattered. She brought the mug in but forgot to bring the packaging and the woman at the counter yelled at her, calling her stupid and a waste of time. The woman even pointed to my sister's university shirt and said "you'd think a college student would know how to read." My sister called me sobbing because she felt so humiliated and degraded by this woman. She didn't catch her name, but she was a brunette who was the only person at the counter working the morning of Nov. 2, 2021. As you can see from other reviews, this is far from the only bad experience at this place. There is clearly something wrong with the management and employees. Stay far away from this place.

I have had my P.O. Box at Kino for 23 years, and I was thrilled when they moved. Lower Miracle Mile which is now Oracle is a mess. The new facility is clean and mostly hooker and crack head free. Here below is a snip I found online. After 44 years of offering mailing services from a building at 2051 N. 13th Ave., west of North Oracle Road, the Tucson Kino Post Office has moved about three miles north and a little east.Residents with post office boxes at the former facility can now pick up their mail at the new location at 3655 N. Oracle Road, Suite 101, north of Prince Road. The former facility once housed letter carriers that served the 85705 ZIP code, but those employees were relocated about two years ago, said Rob Soler, spokesman for the U.S. Postal Service. Two employees were working in the building that used to house about 75, he said.A little more than half of the new facility's 1,070 P.O. boxes are occupied and the rest are available for rent, he said. A grand opening for the new site is in the works. To find an available post office box, go to www.usps.com.

Trying to mail something small in cheapest way, most post offices have tape that they'll use for you either for free or for 50 cents. This place? None of that. Either priority expensive tape, or you have to buy your own tape there. Also, she could have just told me that they don't have tape for cheap customers like myself to use and that would cue me to leave. Instead, I readdressed my little package because I used priority mail sticker by mistake, went back up, only to be turned down because they can't tape it for me. If you want to make more money, you're better off charging 50 cents for tape because I'm sure more people would opt for that over paying 4-5 dollars for an entire roll they might not use often. Only good thing? No line, no wait, but won't be coming back even though this is a nearby post office and on the way. If you're coming here, either have all your mail items ready to go, because they won't help you at all unless you pay for their products, or go somewhere else.

Agreed that this is the worst post office! Apparently they are writing up the cashier for putting tape on mail. I asked for 2 inches of office tape for a birthday card I'm sending out, which did not have enough stick when i kicked it shut. I was also going to purchase some stamps, but when he said he couldn't help with a little tape, I left. Pretty bad customer service, if you ask me. As a business owner, I feel like good customer service is an absolute must. I will never go here again.

Inconsistent hours for the lobby and not open for hours posted to usps website. I've arrived at 7:30am and they've been open, then try at 8:05am and they're still closed. How is this convenient for businesses that have post office boxes at this location? Most businesses open at 8:00am and it would be nice not to have to pay employees to leave during the middle of work to check the box! They're also constantly out of supplies, common ones like STAMPS and money orders. If you want a post office box look for other usps location!

Actually told me I didn't have to send my package from this site after I told the girl helping me she didn't need to be rude. Do they want their employer to go out of business?!?!?! Then both women at the counter started shouting in defense as I was leaving. They were "shooing" me out! I did call them out on their rudeness, but they took the confrontation to a whole new level. Wow, I'm a nurse, my job is stressful too. But I still try my best to treat people nicely!

This is the worst post office ever. There are two very old rude lady working here that barely know how to do their job. I paid $60 to send a letter to make sure it would get there in time (the letter was time sensitive) when it wasn't delivered on time I was upset so I called the 1-800 number to get my refund. They kindly explained to me that all the refunds had to be processed in store. I went to the store and explained what I was told. They just kept repeating to me that I had to call the 1-800 number why do you have people instead of machine behind the counter if they are going to act like machines. I called the 1-800 number a second time just to be told that the refund had to be processed in store
