Terrible customer service. The staff is rude and not helpful. They act like they hate people and their jobs. This place needs an overhaul.

In the 5 times I have come to pick up a package that was unable to be delivered it has never went smoothly. Last time they couldn't find it and it took 25 minutes to locate it. Today I got here at 8:30 and no one answered the pick up door after being rang 5 times until 9 am, Finally went to service counter only to be told to go back at wait at the dutch door. Finally left at 9:10 package in hand. Not sure why picking up packages is so difficult at this location but it just seems its run so poorly. The door bell is loud that "rings" so everyone in the whole post office can hear it. One person should be assigned to keep and eye on the pick up. Not sure why this is so difficult. The manager finally helped and opened the "dutch door" after 30 minutes and me complaining. I have never had a post office that has run this poorly ever. Should not take 40 minutes to pick up a package ever.

Remember the post office has got several handicaps for staffing. All of the post offices managers and supervisors get bonuses if they cut back the number of hours that their frontline employees are working and get additional bonuses if the number of overtime hours are under their allocation. So if you have to stand along the line sometime remember it's not the front line people that are causing the problem. From the postmaster general to all supervisors get bonuses and perks. The other handicap has been handed them by a federal law that says that they must pay for their retirement costs including retirement health care in advance. So this makes them lose money every year. The eventual goal is to try to privatize the post office and sell off the most profitable part of it to corporate cronies.So you should know those couple of facts before you really give and evaluation however having said that this particular post office is a really clean modern place with great customer service. They have the typical things that were post offices have I also have a nice selection of little bigger boxes that you can buy and they have a really nice big card selection for that one card that you might need. I was happy with the attention and service I got every time I've been to this post office.

Worst post office around. Very poor management. Stood in line of 20 people for 50 minutes to mail a handful of envelopes. That's 50 minutes of my life I will never get back. There was only one person working behind the counter. The line grew to a total of 31 at its largest. Crazy! Once I got to the desk the staff was friendly and apologetic. It's not their fault, it is clearly horrendous management! Whoever runs this Post Office should be removed ASAP! Their were many elderly band handicapped people having to wait in this ridiculous long and slow as molasses line. It was 1pm on a Tuesday. I believe there should never be less than two people working behind the desk at any time. If it's slow maybe one of them could go and do something else until it get busy again. Can't tell you how disappointed and upset I am with the Management at this Post Office. Absolutely unacceptable!

I drive the extra mile just to go to the post office. Has some of he best staffing. Although they are overwhelmed at times they do there best to try and keep the line moving. If you have an issue and you already waited they'll let you go back to front once you are done fixing whatever issue you had. Most get frustrated with the line if it's a longer just keep in mind they usually are short staffed and be patient. Pro tip lunch time usually is the busiest so if you want to avoid it try going early morning.

Tina, the supervisor, was extremely unhelpful, and called me a liar. She said they don't provide a service that they provided for me this same exact day, and nearly every time I come in and ship. Wouldn't help me find a receipt, or really help me do anything. Really a bad experience with her. She's disrespectful and either misinformed or very easily is willing to lie and call you a liar if it makes her job easier

The 800 number posted doesn't work and is a National number that has you running in circles. The local number that needs to be posted on Apple and here is 520.744.6720. They won't answer the phone, so you may have to try a few times like I did. The deal they have with Amazon is not working, this location is poorly run and I've had issues here the last 17 years. I'm not sure why this location is one of the worst around, but it is!

Went down to this post office, because an item that was supposed to be in one of the lockboxes was not there. Spoke to the manager who was able to get a hold of the postal worker that worked in our ZIP Code and was still out of the road and would go back to the mailboxes.. just as we were coming home, they pulled up, and the lady opened up all the boxes, and she had miss placed the item in another box than what the key went to. She said she was very sorry, but we told her is all right. We were just happy that she was able to come back out. About 30 minutes later after we got home, we got a phone call from the manager on duty at this post office asking if everything got taken care of. This is better customer service then you get at most other businesses thank you very much for your great customer service.

This is the worst post office I have ever had in my entire life. They NEVER (and I mean NEVER) answer the phone. We have our postal carrier on surveillance footage on numerous occasions slapping stickers on our OUTSIDE COURTYARD gate, not delivering our mail, or even attempting to see if anyone is home. This post office employs the laziest people on the planet. None of them care about the job they do. The office is completely mismanaged and mostly nasty to deal with. And did I mention that THEY NEVER ANSWER THEIR PHONE! So, if you have a problem, you must get in your car and drive to the post office. The issue will still not be resolved, but no one cares about it at the post office either. The only way to get ANY response from this post office is to file a formal complaint, get a confirmation number, and request a callback. It is pretty awful that customers must jump through all those hoops to get a mail carrier to do their job! Ridiculous!

Worst customer service I have ever gotten at a post office. When you call it, put you on ringing for two minutes and then it goes to disconnect. I think they're over paid and under liver.
