Absolutely infuriating experience. My wife and kids needed to obtain passports for our kids. Called ahead. Set an appointment. Asked the lady THREE times if they did the type of passport we needed at this location. Lady confirmed. Wife rearranged her schedule (and the schedule of 4 kids) for the week to make the appointment. Cancelled piano lessons, took kids out of school, cancelled a dr appointment, moved another dr appointment to be here to swear to these passports. All to get there and be turned away. Now she has to take them out of school and do it all over again at an actual competent office. Wife walked in with the kids and was ignored by 2 employees that were arguing about going on "break." Wife just called me and related the whole story. SHAME GV post office. Your PP processing section is C team.

I'll only come here because I have to. 15 mins to closing I'm in a rush as I'm sure these workers are. Ask "may I borrow your tape?" Instead I get "you can purchase". I'm like what the? Never paid for tape before... So she asks what box do I have etc... 8 mins later... The frustrating part was she almost starting arguing with me about this. I end up using the same dang tape I started out with in the first place. Clerks are dingbats. Unprofessional and just helpless. Seriously!!! 2 stars for knowing how to ring me up and letting me borrow your tape in the long run.6/3 Monday 4:45pm shift 2 female clerks.

Called with a question about a Priority Mail package out for delivery today, but, the sender had messed up my street number. The clerk was very helpful, asked for the tracking number, and said the problem could be and would be corrected. Our delivery person is very nice too! Being new to the community this is very welcoming! Thank you all!

Absolutely the worst post office in the whole United States. These people should all be fired and they should start over. Poor service, terrible attitude, smart mouthed employees. 90% of the time they do not even bother to answer the phone. Packages pile up on the counter Because they are too lazy to move them to a secure area. They lie among other things. Just the absolute worst.

5 star review today for excellent service! Waiting line was well into the lobby all morning despite having 5-6 counters serving customers! The staff was very friendly and polite! Most customers seemed friendly and polite and appreciative of the service of the employees.

customer service is non-existent - you try to call to ask about their packaging that seems to change every few months and they pick up the phone and hang up with out saying a word.

Green Valley Post Master, Pablo, rigidly sticks with policy, indifferent to customers concerns. When I told him that a Post Master friend of mine says they check on customers who aren't picking up their mail, he laughed and said its not his business to look for "dead bodies. He cares more about leaving early every day than taking care of the customers in his community.Supervisor Adrian, rude and sarcastic, terrible customer service.I would give them Zero Stars if I could.
