US Post Office

Is any post office ideal? No, but this one is pretty decent. It isn't the main branch of the Marana post office, but it is the main location in terms of accessibility for most of Marana's population. It is kind of hidden back behind most of the shopping center area of Cortaro though, so you'll have to look out for it. This location is rarely busy, which is great since most of the employees move pretty slowly. More recently, they have started offering passport processing services, so that's a nice feature. Overall, this isn't a bad location and is probably pretty perfect if you just need to buy stamps or rent a PO box.

I'm from out of town and stopped by to mail out a post card and a package for my son. Very friendly staff. My package arrived sooner then expected which was awesome.

Worst service ever. People are rude; forget even trying to do passport renewal here. Absolutely no clue what they are doing.

I haven't ever seen a post office like this. There is no kiosk to weigh your packages/envelopes and print out your shipping label and self pay. Super OUTDATED AND DIRTY! I'm lost...no words...

I work Mon thru Fri until 4pm I went to this location Tuesday and I had no idea they closed at 430 well I walked in the door only to be yelled at by not one but 2 employees that THEY ARE CLOSED!!! Mind you it was 4:35pm. I didn't even say a word, I didn't even make it to the counter, in all honesty they really had no idea why I was even there! I always send my packages from this post office but never again! I will never step foot in there again, I would rather drive 10 miles out of the way to be treated like a person and not a inconvenience!

This is a good post office, helpful employees and all. However, what kind of post office don't have doors you can push open!!! I really hate having to go to this post office because it is so inconvenient when I have a bunch of heavy boxes in my hands. This is on reason I can't stand coming here. If they fixed that, id love it :)

I was treated so poorly here today. Worst post office ever. Go literally ANYWHERE else. I went elsewhere and the guys at UPS were 1000x nicer and much more helpful.

This location is fantastic! they are very efficient if there is a line. Very willing to Answer questions and actually treat customers with kindness. Great place to get your passport.

DO NOT EVER CALL this location!!! You get directed to call another number where it rings for 3 minutes, of which it is finally answered and immediately disconnected! FAIL!!!All I needed were their hours, why can't they have a recording that states that??? FAIL!!!Finally made it to this post office before they closed on Friday. The clerk tried to make me sign the back of my credit card that has CID on it, after showing her my drivers license. I told her NO, I would sign the receipt so she could compare my signature to license, and she refused!! I will NEVER use that USPS again, even though they are most convenient..... THEY FAIL EVERYTHING !!!!
