When I asked for a mail hold they suggested I have a neighbor pick up my mail. Mail was left in my box for up to six weeks with a mail hold submitted After I picked up my mail from the mail hold, still didn't get my mail or packages for two weeksRed flag up for mail pick up not picked up for up to three daysThe post office needs to be closed since they really don't know how or want to do their job. Time for a postal inspection

I think the problem was in phoenix. Theyellow sticker says Nixie 85026 3/24/2016. Then a few lines under that it says.Return to senderNot deliverable as addressedUnable to forwardSort by manual only no automationBC: 56998999955I have yet to be contact as the local postmaster was supposed to be. Nobody can tell. All my subscription have expired except 2 and I never got the magazines. they said they were all sent to me and I never renewed so I need to pay full subscription price for GQ, Esquire, and Out.

I have a continuing problem with package delivery to my home address. For some reason one of the delivery drivers drops packages over my 4 ft chain link fence in front of the gate. I don't think it's my regular carrier because she usually puts packages on my porch. I have 8 stairs that lead to my porch. Leaving them just over the gate invites theft. I called to speak with the postmaster but she was out of the office for a short time. Still waiting on her call. I have submitted over 6 complaints regarding this issue. I have only spoken to her once and she was a real treat to talk to. The complaint system for the Post Office is broken. After 6 complaints I did speak with her supervisor but the same problem remains. The last time I was expecting a delivery, their website stated there was dog interference with the delivery. That was wrong. I don't have a dog and the truck never came by my address. I was sitting on my porch when I received the delivery notification. So, either they went to the wrong address or they simply lied about the delivery. Either way something is going on and the postmaster allows this. Talking with her will only get you a "I'm right and you're wrong" attitude. After being in Customer Service for 30 years I wonder why she has such a nasty tone with customers. Honestly, she needs to be fired for her inability to handle customers in an appropriate manner. I will continue to file complaints until does her job right or til she gets fired. There is no room in any organization for people like this. Fire her now!!!

No wonder mail gets misdelivered and packages get destroyed. With a manager like the tyrant at this location, the employees are disgruntled. That woman needs to be demoted. She yells at all the people in her employ except for her favorites, and worse than that, she treats customers like crap. No respect for anyone. Classic example of narcissism.
