University of Arizona Campus Store

Remodeled summer 2024 campus store! It looks much better than before. They layout is slightly different and there is more selection. It is still a little pricey for some merchandise, but that is expected. I would recommend any students or alumni to check it out! #beardown

Said it was open and it wasn't. Change the hours on Google before closing the store. Feels a little lazy if you ask me

What can I say it's a wildcat bookstore?Plenty of items for you to spend your heart earn cash on Some items might be less expensive outside in another marketplace And yes, they do not validate parking so you get to pay for that too Hey, they gonna make money somehow

This is a UA merch store. Don't expect to find books or supplies here. It's basically a Starbucks with a bunch of UA souvenirs.

The bookstore was spacious and clean. The items were very overpriced! There were signs before you enter saying a mask is required, yet half the people inside were not wearing masks. And, nobody inside of the bookstore was enforcing masks. So, either remove the "masks required" sign or change it to "masks optional." I was definitely not impressed with anyone working here - all seemed to be students, who had no clue what was going on around them. There were also certain registers that were credit card only and you were not informed until it was time to pay. Do not expect to get merchandise for certain colleges or different departments here. I was looking for merchandise from a specific college (U of A college of nursing) and was informed that each college/department has their own bookstores, which were located in all separate locations throughout the campus. Very inconvenient!

Lots of variety. The tables were nicely organized and floors were clean. Staff was friendly as well.

A very big bookstore they have 2 stories looks like lots of cool stuff. I was was looking for cat paws and earrings. And saw lots of shirts and different sorts of t-shirts. I did buy some earrings not what I was looking for.

As an alumni I absolutely love this place!!Every year I come back to catch a football game and really like how they have 25% off clothing the night before the game. Every time I stop by on a Friday evening, the place is buzzing with activity which I love to see and I always end up finding multiple articles of Wildcat apparel for myself each year to add to my U of A representation rotation. Bear down!!!

When I've been there as a customer, the merchandise was over priced and I felt that the clothing in particular did not last long (i.e. the logos washed off in the first few wash cycles). As an employee, the professional staff did not treat the student staff with the respect they deserved. It was hard to meet with anyone high up in the bookstore and even the student leads were underpaid.

I was double charged for my item!!I purchased a hydro flask there today and even though my card payment showed that it was accepted on the payment pad, I was told my payment had failed and that i needed to use cash to pay instead. Later that night, I checked my bank log to see I had been charged twice!! I'm incredibly upset and will never set foot in there again.
