Delicious food, great cocktails, and very reasonable prices. The butternut squash hummus was delicious, and the fish and chips were spot on. Will be back soon.

Update. We ordered fish and chips and the chicken fried duck! Fish was great. The fries were little pieces from the bottom of something. A total fail! No french fries. The salad with the duck was over dressed. Not edible. The duck was over fried (burned). All In all a disappointment. Third or fourth time here and it gets worse every time. I do not see myself returning.

Probably should have given UnCork'd a couple of months before stopping in. For us, the overall vibe just wasn't there. You know how when watching Bar Rescue and John Taffer redoes the interior and it's not exactly a friendly, welcoming or cozy interior but kind of stark? Well that's how UnCork'd felt to us. The bar is in the same location as it was when it was the Saddlehorn and there are tables scattered around and it's pretty open. But the acoustics are horrendous. We sat at a small table and could barely hear each other between the music, other diners, those at the bar - it was not good. The place just seems a bit sterile - no art on the walls, boring interior. We had planned to enjoy a few cocktails and appetizers but ended up just having one drink each. I had the Desert Bites Back - a beautiful cocktail with smoky Mezcal and gorgeous color. My guy had the Wander Out Yonder and it was good...refreshing....an excellent choice.Unfortunately, we were not feeling the vibe and could not enjoy conversation due to the acoustics so we left.

The food was delicious. We had the Big Dipper and the hummus was so tasty! The gourmet grilled cheese was outstanding too! And the drinks are delicious. We tried so many of them because it was so good. The bar tender was super friendly and talked to us about all our drinks. It was such a pleasant evening. The only "bad" thing was that it was so hard to choose what to get for dinner! We will definitely be back.

The UnCork'd is pretty. Unexpectedly inviting, warm, however upscale. Foie gras on the menu along with other menu items rated for lower class restaurants But with higher quality ingredients and lower prices than its traditional company.

I was in the other night with a group of friends and Aysha was very knowledgeable and kind. She recommended a few drinks (a desert bites back and a classic martini) and for appetizers we had fois grais toast) and steak frites. The food and drinks came out fast and we enjoyed our evening. Looking forward to the next girls night.
