I had high hopes for this hair salon but was proved WRONG and very expensive! I was hoping Tess would have done as great of job on me as she claims to be known for color as she did on all her Instagram photos but instead adding black in my roots under the root twhen I had no black to begin with and then not wanting to deal with it or even look at it was in bad taste and then just referred me to the manager of the salon who added many highlights to fix at a high cost!I would never refer anybody there or be seen there ever again!

I have had zero luck or service from this place. Among other reasons for this review, yesterday is the one I'll explain. For weeks, they have been out of a particular Estée Lauder make up I use. That wasn't their fault as Estée Lauder told me it was backordered. Last week, Ulta finally showed it in stock and I actually confirmed this on their website and through Estée Lauder. I drive all the way there (far for me). Oro Valley is closer and doesn't carry this particular line, so I have to drive all the way here. Nothing in stock. None on the shelf, in the drawer, and nobody would check in back. Clearly it shows that they're in stock and I can pay online and pick it up today, but nobody is willing to check the back or even explain how this could happen. It's a 35 minute drive after confirming it was in stock, only to waste my time, gas, and get zero help from anyone. I will not be back to any location.

Customer service here is horrible. They have so many associates on the floor yet trying to get help from them is impossible. When you actually do have an interaction with someone they spend no time with you and their recommendations are useless. It's intimidating going into a makeup store at times, you don't know what you are looking for and the products are pricey. The employees should realize this and be friendlier and more helpful.

I just had a color and cut by Brianna and I am impressed. She is very skilled with precision cuts on fine hair and color exactly what I asked for, with a fine weave and blending with my natural color. Just the right tone and balance. I also like the store since the remodel. Everyone is helpful and friendly, my favorite store.

The Salon Manager, needs to have customer etiquette reviewed with her. She was reprimanding employees in front of customers on my last visit...and I mean my last visit. Rude, unprofessional and not something customers should hear. I can't believe Ulta employs managers with such low class and disrespect for their employees and customers.

I was excited when this Ulta opened up at this location. I had seen them around town, but had never been to one. This is a big clean store which offers a wide variety of cosmetics, shampoos, conditioners, hairspray, high end perfumes, etc. They also have a salon where you can get standard hair cutting/styling, and I have seen people getting make-up tips and makeovers as well. I think their prices are a little higher than the same products at other places, but you can normally find coupons in the paper or via mail. I try not to go in without a coupon or when they aren't having a sale. I have a few problems with products being out of stock on several occasions. I've encountered mostly unfriendly staff at this particular Ulta, and have heard that remark from other people I know who have gone there as well.

Ulta has a friendly staff, and a really wide range of beauty products. They don't carry my absolute favorite cosmetics lines, but I'll stop in for hair tools or to peruse their clearance shelves.

I can't express the disappointment with the Wetmore/ Oracle store's customer service. Lines are terribly long. They insist you let them order items they don't have for you and have them delivered to your home. It has now been 3 weeks and I still haven't received our items even after waiting 23 minutes on hold just to have to have them resent with standard shipping. When trying to contact the stores location you get passed around and placed on hold for over 10 minutes. When you ask to speak with the store manager you are told. "She's busy" and immediately placed back on hold. The store manager NEVER picked up. No one asked if they could have the manger call me back. I have spent just over $1700 at Ulta this year. those days are long gone as I have other options such as Dillard's or Sephora.
