My reservation was changed by customer service to this location since the original location did not have my requested vehicle. Arrived here to get my vehicle and things didn't go well after. Customer service was horrible no how can I help you, do you need assistance, or anything. Made it to the counter and explained my situation gave them the info U-Haul emailed me and they blew off my reservation. They claimed they didn't have my vehicle and my only option was to use a more expensive and higher per mile vehicle. I was also told by customer service the store would handle my $50 refund for missing a reservation guarantee. The store claimed they didn't know what I was taking about and declined to look at any of the info I was provided by U-haul. Upon leaving 2 of the vehicles I originally requested were sitting on the street. So instead of arguing with a clearly checked out employee I took the vehicle, used it since I was on a time crunch, and brought it back 4 hours later. The check in process was almost as equally difficult. Same dudes walked up to the vehicle ask for the contract without saying anything else and started examining the thing. Last thing I was told was there was a difference in cost for a couple more miles than originally quoted and they walked away. No thanks no nothing. Another family was checking in a vehicle right behind us, and looking at their frustrations, felt like they were getting the same treatment. Leaving we noticed the original vehicles I requested were still sitting on the street. I called U-Haul customer service and most of my issues were handled including the $50 reimbursement.I would steer clear of this location due to the lack of customer service alone and the potential issue of bait and switch pricing.

How hard is it to sell some boxes! Too hard for these fools. Two employees and after roaming around and choosing a few items and noone saying boo to us. No hello no be right with you. Nothing. Put stuff on counter. Guy walks right by and goes outside. Customer service non existent other guy is on phone. Not talking. Maybe he's on hold who knows but make zero acknowledgment of me a customer!! Who teaches these people? Have some manners!! Say I'll be right with you. Walked out would have spent over $100 for multiple cases of boxes and rental of tow dolly in future. Will Not give my money to rude employees.. maybe you should have a staff training session???

We needed a unit on the fly and near where we live. This new u-haul facility is pretty nice and climate controlled. I appreciate the security measures to get in and out of the unit as well. You are given a key card that you have to scan before entering and leaving, otherwise an alarm goes off. Basically, if you enter the facility through a door that already opened and then attempt to unlock your unit an alarm goes off. We learned by making that unfortunate mistake!Prices are reasonable as well. If you need to rent a moving truck for the day they have that service as well. Unfortunately, While the staff do wear masks, they do not enforce the public to wear theirs. I avoid riding the elevators with others, but that's just me!If you're in need of storage space in the downtown area, U-haul fits the bill.

Terrible customer service.... I came in for packing boxes. No help, no hello, nothing. I was ignored for the first few minutes as 4 men were having casual chat at the counter. This sucks... I hate giving bad reviews but, if I can save someone else from frustration..

I scheduled my u-haul online and had no issues picking up the type of truck I needed at the time I wanted. This location is huge and had a ton of foot traffic when we returned. My only complaint is when calling, occasionally you'll be routed to a call center, which was a problem for me as I had left my phone behind in the truck. Otherwise, staff were helpful and attentive. I would rent from this location again!

I called and made a reservation online. On the day of move in I called to let them know we would come one day later. They let me know that I really did not have a reservation. That the online system allows people to make reservations but they are NOT reservations. It is all a big joke. NEVER will use Uhaul again.

You can't go to a single U-Haul without the employees treating you like a person they are extremely scripted and won't stop telling you to use their poorly made app, also who moves so much they need a app on their phone. They will charge your card their late fee but won't pick up the phone to take payment to avoid a late fee. Never using them again their trucks are usually ghetto too get a Penske instead.

Check your mileage before leaving.Returned truck and was charged for an extra 20 miles that I had not driven. Confirmed with Google maps that my mileage was approximately 27 miles but was charged for 47 miles.I will say that the staff was very helpful especially during a very busy month in Tucson, so a 2/5 thanks to them (independently I'd give them a 5/5).

Do not ever use this UHaul location! Not only did they fraudulently charge my agency credit card they then forwarded a contract to my bank to dispute my dispute. This "contract" doesn't have my company name or my name on it anywhere and yet they are trying to hold me liable.Run as fast as you can away from these thieves!

We booked a storage unit here over a month ago just to be told when we arrived that none of the units were available in the size we already pre paid for. We asked if we could get one of the larger units for a reduced price because we have been preparing for this for a long time and they said no we would have to pay double the price. Horrible customer service and they were not helpful at all.
