Google says they buy used clothes, this page says it's a consignment shop and both of those are lies. They give store credit! I brought in some brand new and gently used items and was offered $29 in store credit. None of which I'll be using. The young lady was nice but became bit annoying when she kept calling me girlfriend. It took her about fifteen, twenty minutes to him through my ENTIRE blue Ikea bag. You'll should really update your listings and stop lying to people! I left the rest room donate, I made sure to ask where because I don't support Goodwill. She said a local woman who supports the unhoused.

I got a great haul at twice as nice for a very reasonable price. The items that I saw were well displayed in a way that you could easily find what you were looking for. Items were without stains or rips. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I will be back.

this place is a joke! they'll take your belongings for sure, n give you next to nothing! had a box, stood waiting was told they "seen nothing" i said "did you even threw the box"? said nothing of value, they expect to have gucci clothing to give payless prices. save yourself time dont come here.

Lazy, rude, racist staff. You work at Twice as Nice - you are not superior to me, no matter how much you want to treat me like a 2nd class citizen. They didn't take any of my items, which is fine, except for the fact that they didn't even bother to look through them or unfold them to check them out and somehow went through a whole basket in 33 seconds. My clothes are in great shape - no stains or holes but every item of theirs that I looked at had some major issues and I wouldn't wear it even if it was given to me for free. Also, no one wore DADA brand when it came out, they certainly don't wear it now.

This is the place to shop. Sarah and Michelle are the the most helpful and fun ladies I have yet to experience in any clothing store.The buying of merchandise is top notch.I recommend the experience of browsing through the store as a super fun event with so many options. The music is very very loud in the store. One of the "fitting room" has a shower curtain and it is completely see through.

I went there to return a 6 dollar windbreaker that was very thin (that 7 days into the 14 return window) and the very rude manager (?) accused me putting another tag on it. I do not lie and have never shop lifted in my life. My brother stopped shopping there after they offended him a few months ago so that was a sign never to shop there again. They lost the last member of my family and I will be sure to share my bad experience with lots of people

I really like this store in general for buying things because I can usually find something that works and for a decent price. But there's plenty of room for improvement... the staff don't have the best customer service, and the store can be a bit on the dirty side. If you bring items in to sell or trade, they give you almost nothing for them! Just a few pennies for items they could give you a better price for, which is a rip off and something I don't appreciate. Also make sure you look over the clothes carefully before buying them because some of them have holes or stains etcIt's an ok place to buy used clothing but could be a lot better with some improvements

the store employees are rude and they play loud annoying music . this was a baby resale store and now it has more adult clothes then baby stuff. the 1 rack of newborn baby clothes had nothing good and was over priced for some items. I won't go back again.

It has been awhile since I have been in the store. Found out today, They took out their dressing rooms! How are you supposed to purchase second hand items without sizing charts and without dressing rooms. Plus they are charging more than thrift stores. When asked they stated you could purchase and return the item if it didn't fit. That is no value. They are losing business with this business model. It's crazy! I used to love this store, and they have lost a customer!
