Allen has been taking good care of all our family's cars for a years now. He is absolutely trustworthy, reliable, and a fantastic mechanic. He breaks down exactly what is wrong and explains it meticulously. He even was able to fix my daughter's car when our previous mechanic couldn't. I can't believe how quick he is too!I definitely 100% recommend them!

Would give zero stars if possible. This place was recommended to me by my poor mom and I thought that was a good enough endorsement so I took a newly purchased, older vehicle to them for service. While the staff is mostly friendly, the actual work is garbage and the shop is dishonest. I have taken my car here 5-6 times. On two of those occasions I was able to identify just by looking that work wasn't done (hoses clearly not replaced, etc.) To their credit, the shop did immediately refund charges for parts they didn't replace... that I could see...That said, I had a power steering pump replaced that, after getting serviced several times, had to be taken elsewhere to get fixed. On one occasion, I drove home and realized there was no coolant in the car. Since not going to this shop anymore, I have found out that several maintenance items were never even done (brakes weren't replaced, ac compressor wasn't replaced, valve cover gasket wasn't replaced, hoses weren't replaced as I mentioned above). This is literally thousands of dollars in work. I have records of all work but, because the problems with their "work" did not appear until later when another much better mechanic spotted it, I cannot get a refund. These guys will literally charge you for an expensive part that isn't really the source of the problem, not even replace the part, then do a shoddy job of fixing the actual problem anyway. My overall impression and experience with this shop is that they are the classic scumbag mechanics who will identify issues that aren't really there and, at the same time, not actually fix the real issue. In some cases, they don't even do the services they charge you for... This often requires a separate visit (and bill) to get your car working again. Most people don't know much about cars, myself included. These guys take advantage of that. Stay away. Total garbage work. Please message me for more details, I have all records from both this garbage shop and the much better shop that showed me the faulty parts installed by these clowns. Surely they will accuse me of posting a fake review. My 5k in receipts show otherwise. I truly believe that most local type mechanics are honest and well-meaning folks who know cars and want to help people and that the negative stereotypes are perpetuated by people who don't understand cars or the business model. That is not the case here: Alan Jr. and Sr. are conmen and when called on their bullsh*t, the just blame the tech they "just fired". Do not go here. Zero stars.

This is a wonderful place. My AC wasn't working and in the summer months in Tucson that's a recipe for disaster. They replaced my AC compressor with a kit and it works like an absolute charm now. If you want to go some place that makes you feel at home, go here. Toni, Al's wife is a total sweetheart and will do anything she can to accommodate you. Al and Al Jr. are very knowledgeable and fair. They gave me the option to pay for half of the service when I picked up my car and the other half my next paycheck. I definitely know who I'm trusting my car with in Tucson. Thank you Turn 4 for the great experience :)

I went in because my car AC wasn't working as well as it could. They found out my compressor wasn't working anymore and when I told them it was too expensive for me to replace it at that moment they offered to let me pay half down and the rest on repayment. I decided not to replace the compressor but they did top me off with freon and checked the system for leaks. What they charged me was very fair. I will definitely be coming back to them for something not as expensive. They're a family run place and they are honest and trustworthy. They're even open on Saturdays which is fantastic for someone with a busy weekday schedule. Toni, Allen, and Al were very welcoming and kind. If you want to go to a place and feel like you're with family, this is the place to go.

I've brought my car here several times and they have great service , very friendly staff and fair prices. They were able to figure out what was wrong very quickly. Now my van is running great!.

Great service, honest, and willing to build a partnership vs. getting me out the door for the next job. Will be taking many more vehicles there.

My Grandson took his car there to get inspected before he purchased the car and he was told the car was in good condition and it was a good deal and he would not have any issues. $4,500 in repairs later he was not happy. He put a one star review on Google and the guy said that my grandson made the whole thing up and got Google to take it down. I would say that honesty is not Turn 4's best policy.

Want to give a big thanks to Alan, Josh, and Toni. I had a used car that I was looking to purchase out in Tucson, but am from Phoenix and because of the 2 hour drive I only had a small weekend window today to work with. I had to get everything lined up, checked out, and make a purchasing decision all within the limited weekend operating hours of the local title places. The folks at Turn 4 went out of their way to make sure I would be taken care of.Josh got the exam in motion right at opening, even making some keen observations before me and the original owner walked away, and Alan had me on the phone to come back within an hour and some change. Alan gave me the complete run down of everything good and bad with the car, including estimations for the most pressing repairs, and I was able to make an informed decision as a result.I value places that can do things like that and accommodate your busy schedule. I don't live in Tucson, but I know where I will go if I have any car troubles when passing through. Good folks, good service.

This family run shop has always seemed friendly and accommodating, but I'm very disappointed with my recent experiences at Turn4, especially the last one, and the last time I will go there. After several visits since March, and racking up over $1200 in repair fees, my car, albeit an older one, is not running much better than before and had a check engine light when I picked it up after they had it over 2 weeks. I took it back and they did resolve the CE light, only needing a half-hour labor, but I was charged another $271 for an O2 sensor that appears widely available for my car, between $84 and $145 ($157 even at the dealer). I fully expect some mark-up on parts, but when I said I believed it could be obtained for far less, I was told "we only use OE parts, not that after-market crap." I don't think Denso and Bosch can be characterized as crap, and looking at my other invoices I'm now having doubts about what I actually paid for. Anyway, I feel very ripped off and won't be going back.
