I made the first appointment of the day at 10am. They are a little behind but the experience is fantastic and the doctor is charming and thorough.

False Advertising! An ad for this center reads "$249 including doctor's fee." I went in, knowing I needed to see a doctor for a new prescription. I was inexplicably made to meet with two doctors (for about 5 minutes each), and then I was then charged $299. I did not have the ad with me and just paid it, but when I later contacted them to show the ad and let them know of the discrepancy, they told me that the extra $50 was for the second doctor and refused to refund the money. When I said that I would have picked a less expensive choice had this been made clear up front, they said they had a price match guarantee. So I sent them a picture of the advertisement RIGHT NEXT TO THEIRS and they won't even email me back now. Seems like a scam to me.

Such an amazing establishment. I went here to obtain my first card. The visit was quick and simple, there were no complications. I did not have any medical records, so I was able to be evaluated and certified by two doctors at the same appointment. I met with Dr. Alicia and Dr. Margot, they were wonderful and very knowledgeable. I was educated by them on the many different ways to consume THC, CBD, and the best method for my diagnosis. The ladies at the front desk were super welcoming and helpful. They triple checked my information to make sure everything was correct before they send it to the state. They thoroughly explained the process, handling time, and when I should be expecting my card.Something I wanted to point out is the furniture and building. It was rather old, very outdated, and could use some remodeling. They did, however, have snacks and coffee! I went on Valentine's Day and they had pink heart-shaped cookies, so cute. They also sell apparel, smoking equipment, and CBD products. I recommend this place to anyone getting a medical card or renewal. They were having a Valentine's Day special and I received $10 off! I couldn't have been more happy with my experience.

This place was such a breath of fresh air. I had no idea what to expect when I was going to try to get my medical marijuana card. I had only ever did one hit of it many moons ago. The doctor was very knowledgeable and the front desk staff were amazing as well. . Amazing experience, I recommend this place to anyone! They've been voted the best in Tucson in the Tucson Weekly for 6 years running.

Tumbleweeds!?? Yeah they should have them in the lobby. Although everyone was nice at the location, I was told they would file my paperwork and I'd have my E-card in 2 weeks. Nope called after 2.5 weeks to figure out what was going on why I hadn't received anything, they told me they still hadn't filed it with the state. That it would take another week. I just wish they were honest about the situation and timeline. The people were nice and I did get my card after almost a month but like I said, if you can do the paperwork online save yourself money and time and do it yourself. You'll have it in less than a week! It's super easy & they show you step by step.*since the owner responded*Yeah, you did let us know it would take a little longer if we let you do it and you're right the paperwork stated it too. But what you said was that it would take *TWO WEEKS* to receive your card not two weeks minimum before we even send in your paperwork. Mine was not sent in until 3 weeks from the day of my appointment and I have the proof in my bank statements. I was sent the receipt 5 minutes after speaking to someone at your business for the third time. And they acted shocked and said "wow it looks like they stopped a few short of you, but you know quitting time is quitting time." That's not how a business like this should be run or the mindset that should be had.

This was a friendly and fast visit even though I was a walk-in patient! I paid exactly what the website said, and there were no surprises. In just a few days after I received my approval from the State.

Happy to recommend Tumbleweeds. The doctors are very thorough and happy to answer any questions. I never had problems with my medical records. I came from another state that did not have medical cannabis at the time. I was taking prescription meds for chronic pain and found medical cannabis to be so much better. I had all my records in order and have no trouble renewing.The State of Arizona charges $150 for the card and Tumbleweeds charges $100. It's a little high for a yearly renewal. You can buy an ounce of pot for less than that. Personally, I think the state charge is outrageous. There's a bill currently in the legislature (SB1138) to reduce the cost to $50 and increase the renewal to two years. Let's hope it passes.

I went there to get my my certification renewed again for chronic pain I put my application in 1227 2021 I just got my card today after drama after weeks of drama them telling me oh you don't have the right information OK will put the right information and they did that and guess what they still didn't do they didn't do it you're a bunch of lazy nobody knows what's going on over there history different people I got three different answers all the time I'll miss chart that's why the worst the worst the worst let me tell you something if I didn't give them the money you know something it's ridiculous three weeks and I had a peanut your $75 in the state of Arizona because I didn't do the job they wouldn't put my paperwork and they don't wanna fucking shell out the money will let you cash for Danny my fucking problem that's not my problem all right you're the worst recertification of all of Arizona the worst three weeks three weeks distinction color that fixed in a day no they kept playing fucking games playing game ha ha well GuessWhat that's the worst fucking recertification of medical marijuana I've ever seen those three people fucking incompetent I won't let them walk my fucking dog
