These bicycle rentals can be found mostly downtown and by the University. They are easy to spot, and the Cycle Finder apps lets you easily locate where the stations are and how well stocked they are. The bicycles themselves have very thick frames and adjustable seats. They also feature kinetic lights that flash when you are pedaling in case you are cycling at night. The downside is the light is not steady and pulses which can be very disorienting while cycling at night.The biggest downside is the return process. Putting the bike back into the station there is supposed to be a green light that flashes but unfortunately the light goes on and off so quickly that it is easy to mistakenly not push it back in. The service doesn't send a confirmation text or change the status within the CycleFinder App or really anything confirming your return. If you haven't returned your bike properly you will receive a text 12 hours after checking it out. The other downside is that calling customer service about an issue of a bike not being returned the best advice you get is to go to the station yourself and push the bike back in. Customer service can dispatch someone to check on the bikes, but it takes 24-48 hours for someone to get out there. All in all, I like the environmental impact, but I wish the system was a little more user friendly.

Terrible app. Not easy to use then they will charge twice if u make the mistake of clicking the 30 mins again. First time use and I explain to customers service and they do not care. Plus u gotta return to one of their hub. If u go where there is none u gotta go find one. Not go if u are in a hurry

Bike handles leave plastic shards in your hands. You need to wear thick gloves to ride these.

Any extra transportation is awesome for Tucson! More bikes for the people:) get everyone out and seeing some of Tucsons coolest art and bike paths around town, why not!?
