This rental company doesn't care that you are a human trying to live somewhere, they expect you to come and go quickly. They will not invest in properly fixing the repairs in your home and they will raise rent by $100 in one year to try to push you out.

5+ Years of Wonderful Customer Service!Having worked with this company for over 5 years, I've had nothing best the best experience with them. 5 years gives you a lot of time to see how a company works. Their communication was outstanding. Anytime I needed to get a hold of them--by telephone or e-mail, they ALWAYS got back to me right away. Again, this is over 5 years of communication. If there was ever a problem with my rental or the renter, they would get a hold of me immediately. If I was out of town, they would take care of the problems themselves--always to my satisfaction. If there was a problem with the house, they would check in on the subcontractors taking care of the problem. They've always been honest and forthright with me. Because they were so dependable and responsible, I never had to worry about my rental. And that was a huge load off my back. If you are a landlord looking for truly great property management company--look no further. I've had several in my day and this company is hands down been the best.I cannot speak to the previous experiences of the other reviewers except to say that any review that contains foul language should always be suspect. If I had my way, I would have all reviews with such language taken down. As bad as an experience may be, foul-mouthed reviews do neither the reviewer or the reviewed any justice.

Having leased my current place for 2 1/2 years from this agency and never been late, I was told by the assistant this morning to "move then". This was prompted when I asked if they were raising my rent again this year (after having raised it $100 the previous year) The assistant indicated that the agent will be asked to run comps and rent will be dictated by that. Having been a Real Estate agent in a much larger market personally, I know how to run comps. Therefore, the assistant became very irritated when I asked her if they run comps using "unfurnished". I ran some myself and learned that most of the rental units in the community and area I live in are listed higher because they are fully furnished. She then put words in my mouth saying that I said the Agent didn't know how to run comps- this was untrue as I only posed a question. I stated that it appears their loyalty is with the owner. She stated "it is, that's what's stated in the contract" I mentioned that considering I've been a good tenant, you'd think an agent would appreciate and take care of a good tenant. When I told her I didn't feel that way, she stated, "well move then". I stated that perhaps I should contact the owner and have a conversation with him- the assistant stated very rudely, "go ahead, he and Christine are friends. They've been friends for a very long time." I paid to have the new floor installed in this unit. Paid to have a security door installed. I would agree with what another person posted- if you are looking for professionals with common courtesy who appreciate a good tenant, I'd look elsewhere.

My fiance and I were only in town for four days to secure a home to rent. Please bear in mind we flew across the country for this purpose alone-to secure housing. He pre arraigned with a leasing agent from Tucson Choice to show us a home on Angel Spirit Drive. When she arrived at the property, she brought the wrong key! We could not get into the home. She mentioned that her office was only 20 minutes away-however she was unwilling to drive back to get the key. She did offer to show us at 430 (she was going to give the key to her friend). However, we had been up since 4am, flew across the country, and had other appointments. I was very disappointed as this looked like a lovely property. I asked if she knew the key code to the garage-but she did not. Then she said she was unsure of the pet policy-when we told her in advanced we have pets. Seeing we only had 4 days (two of which we were flying in/out) we really did not have time to waste. So if you really need to find a home, I might keep looking....or if you really want your property leased, you might be better with another agent. She was also not willing to work on the weekend.

This property management is the biggest load of shit I've ever known. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. I moved in with my boyfriend in his overpriced place (800 dollars a month from 900 sq ft with everything on the verge of falling apart). I was going to suck it up until we got infested with a family of mice. Tucson's Choice refused to pay for an exterminator so we had to catch each one individually. Later, we read the arizona law regarding house rentals and they were legally obligated. We had just moved all our stuff in or else we would've fought to break our lease. i HATE these people. They won't pay to maintain the house. I will bet my life they take the entire security deposit for reasons that are the fault of the shoddy house work and have nothing to do with us. I can't wait till these people go out of business. They don't know the first thing about taking care of their tenants/Also, they said this place had a washer/dryer hookup. But the dryer hookup does not work with any dryer I've tried.

I would not recommend seeing any property shown by Tucson's Choice. Christie, the owner, showed us a townhouse available for rent. Her fast pace during the showing made it seem like she was in a rush and we were burdening her. However, we loved the property and wanted to rent it.Christie told us she would ask the owner if the monthly price was flexible, as we were the only ones interested in it, and we told her we wanted the home regardless. She took my cell phone number and told us she would call as soon as she found out.Christie never got back to us, so I called the office week later. She said the owner had not gotten back to her and that she would contact her again. Another week passed and we had not heard from her or anyone at Tucson's Choice, so I called yet again. The receptionist told me Christie had already rented out the property. Christie was completely unprofessional in the showing of this property that she should not be a real estate broker, let alone an owner of a real estate group. The disrespect she displayed was irrefutable.
