It's a beautiful & clean studio with excellent instructors. I have been used to watching instructors' demonstrations while practicing yoga so that that MacKenji's 75-minute-Bikram Beats on Saturday afternoon in the hot 100-105F heat setting was ideal to my liking. Her introductions were articulate, demonstrations were precise with low/upbeat music of which was great to follow through the entire class with ease without being overwhelmed. I have been practicing power vinyasa yoga over a decade that my expectations were high . With the instructor like MacKenzi , Tucson Yoga Sol will be definitely my go-to-studio to practice yoga or Pilates for years to come. Excellent studio, great instructors, & user friendly website. Highly recommended.

I wanted time in the hot room while in Tucson and picked Tucson Yoga Sol over other studios because they offered yin as well as the traditional Bikram classes (standard 90-minute and shortened versions). Every instructor I had at Tucson Yoga Sol was knowledgeable, patient, approachable, and seemed to really enjoy what they do. If you have a chance to take a class from Diane in particular, definitely do.This studio has two rooms for classes, both of which have hardwood floors. If you prefer more cushion, you may want to bring or rent an extra towel for the floor series. The locker room (which makes or breaks a studio for some of us) was always sparkling clean. It was well-lit, well-ventilated, and stocked with all the supplies you'd want. The women's has three showers and the typical open cubbies.Tip: park behind the strip mall, not in front. Enter the rear parking lot on the side closest to the gas station to be going in the correct direction for the diagonal parking. There is at least double the amount of parking behind the building and there is a (covered) breezeway from the rear parking lot that leads right to the studio. Tucson Yoga Sol is great and I look forward to returning the next time we're in town.

This is a nice studio well equipped with lockers and showers. The instructor was great. I am used to having music while doing any Yoga so that was missed, but the instructors guidance was great. She helped provide alternate ways to get in to poses. I would describe the 60 minute as very basic, great for beginners and those needing more of a stretch class. I'd come back if I lived in Tucson. Maybe next Christmas!

I was visiting from San Diego and didn't want to take a break from hot yoga. I found this studio and I am so glad I gave it a try! I attended the 90 minute bikram class 3 times with three different teachers and I wasn't disappointed by any of them. They made me feel comfortable in the class and offered lots of great advice and adjustments to help me with my postures. Attending their classes has definitely helped me to better my practice. All of the fellow yogis were also kind and welcoming. Locals and visitors DEFINITELY give this studio a try!

Great Studio!I am on a work trip from Denver and decided to take a drop in 90 min session on a Wed. The staff was very welcoming as well as the yogis in class. The instructor was clear and helpful on all the poses and helped me when I was not in correct form. I left feeling energized and accomplished. I will be back on my next trip to Tucson. Thank you YogaSol

I was visiting for a few weeks and needed a studio to practice at while I was in the area. I was recommended this studio from the lady I was staying with so I decided to check it out. I have never done bikram before so I was down to try it out. I normally do heated vinyasa flow. I only the did the 60 minute classes here. The room was set around 110 degrees. The classes are extremely good work outs. I felt like the entire class was lower body workouts while I was in the class, but the next day my entire body hurt. I was extremely surprised. The classes start with a breathing exercises, then they move through a variety of poses, and then they end class with a different breathing exercise. The end breathing exercise made me really lightheaded but I think that is normal. I like having music at yoga but these classes don't play music at all. It is just the instructor providing instructions and corrections. I wish they started classes an hour earlier or had one more class later at night during the weekday. I found myself rushing a lot to get to the last class. They have locker rooms in the back that have cubbies for your stuff. They also have 3 showers that you can use with shampoo/conditioner and body wash. Overall, a really good studio. I could see a huge difference in my body after just 3 weeks of practice.

Gorgeous studio, spacious, large bathrooms with showers! Two rooms for classes, including classic 26&2 Bikram style, mat and towel rental. The heat was perfect and the timing and dialogue were excellent. Great place for yoga! Ample parking, too. Easy to find.

Great classes. Super hot. Great traditional and other classes to choose from. Some aren't as hot but just as fun.
