I brought in a baby quail and they took care of it until it was ready to be on its own. They were friendly and informative.

What an awesome organization! I found a bird hatchling as I was walking my dog. I was unsure what to do. After a few searches I found the Tucson Wildlife Center and found relief. Although they stated they couldn't rehabilitate the little bird, they took the time to inform me as to why. The act of them educating and explaining to me about how fragile birds can be, I left at ease knowing I did what I could.I didn't get a chance to get the woman's name who does the initial check in. She was so helpful and comforting. I could tell she is passionate about animals. I would highly recommend coming here if you have come across a wildlife animal seeking immediate care.Thank you for what y'all do! It takes a team of passionate caregivers like yourselves to make this world a better place for animals.

We love and support the Tucson Wildlife Center. It is not a place you can outright visit, as it is rehab for injured wildlife. But they do need volunteers, donations and do educational things in the community. An amazing place that has been saving and rehabilitating wildlife for 20 years!

This place is obviously a hidden gem in Tucson. My friend and I came here to fill out applications to become volunteers. It the process was relatively easy once we found someone to help us (they are extremely understaffed). The people who we spoke to were very friendly and accommodating. This place runs on volunteers and donations so I really hope we get a call back. The grounds are well kept and spacious. They have an onsite vet as well. Also, if you ever run into an injured wildlife animal, you can bring them here and they will help it if they can.

This is a very special place. You need to call ahead for a tour and it's so worth the trip. The facility rehabilitates wildlife and keeps a white board critter list at the front desk so you can see the dozens of types of animals they rescue. They have a full surgical suite and train vets from around the country to work on the specialized needs of wildlife. Everything from coyote and bobcats to barn owls and rabbits. I've visited several times and I feel hope for humanity by seeing the dedicated, compassionate volunteers who are there 365 days a year. If you are looking for an animal charity to support this is a good one. Many vets won't work on injured wildlife. Tucson is lucky to have a spot that gives them a chance. If the injured can't be reintroduced to the wild, animals can live on here. Love this center!
