Tucson Wellness MD

I am pleased with Tucson Wellness MD and enjoying the weight-loss results! The nurse that I met with was knowledgeable and through. I appreciate that I am able to communicate with the office via text and I can arrange pick up of my prescriptions quickly.

This place doesn't take insurance. You are responsible for submitting a claim to the insurance, but 100% of the time it doesn't work. They leave out CPT codes, not charging the line item for the correct CPT code, missing procedure codes. I've called them numerous times to fix these issues and no response. Was told the office manager would have to call me back. Kayla the office manager ended up calling me back and stating they are unable to fix these issues and the customer is responsible . BUYER BEWARE

Tucson wellness, is a fantastic service provider for those that need to lose weight, or deal with advancing problems with age and poor health. Rob and his team are awesome taking care of the community.

My sister has been going to Tucson Wellness MD for a few months and really was having a great experience, so I decided to give it a try. I was extremely happy with my experience. Everyone was very kind and professional and they took the time to listen to my concerns and what I was looking for. I didn't feel rushed or pressured into paying for anything. I've been to a few different places with similar services and I'll be sticking with Tucson Wellness MD!

They have been very helpful in answering my questions over the phone and have been very understanding throughout this trying COVID-19 time. Absolutely love the staff, they always make me feel welcomed.

Made an appointment to inquire about the pros and cons of HRT/diet and nutrition, and help with muscle loss/gain. They sent me a long questionnaire to fill out and insisted that I download an APP. Turns out none of that was needed. Naomi seemed confused as to why I was there, appears to have not read my answers, told me I didn't need the APP after all, and about 5 minutes later I was out the door. What a waste of $50. Very disappointed.

Great customer service. Very efficient at making appts in timely manner. They are accommodating they were able to see my husband and I together to save us a time and a trip as we live far away. Very happy to hear they are opening a 3rd location on NW side so it will be much more convenient. We are very pleased with their services and customer service.

Just started my first TRT cycle..ever. The staff and and medical professionals are great. I would recommend any males that are feeling tired or lacking on energy visit them!

Walked in for first appointment. Worker and patient not wearing a mask. When I asked about it she flippantly said "I have my reasons". I felt that since CDC recommends masks, since this is a medical office, they should set a good example. If they are sloppy for this, they could be sloppy and not follow guidelines for procedures etc. So I walked out the door and never started their services. It is just wrong and her answer was not good enough and too flippant.

Tucson Wellness Md very professional, considerate and Compassionate. I have been going to Tucson Wellness Md three months for weight loss and have done quite well on their program.
