Horrible return policy. Very cheap products. Unbelievably slow service. Its a shame it has to be so close to my house. I'd rather drive an hour to buy a safety vest for my company. I bought gloves, flashlights, and flashlight wands. It turned out i didn't need all of the wands and flashlights, so I took them in within 30 days WITH MY ORIGINAL RECEIPT, and the old man casually drinking out of an actual coffee MUG (like he just walked out of the kitchen), wouldnt take them back for refund. They were BRAND NEW in the wrappers. Wow...and the gloves I bought, didnt last more than 3 uses. I paid $15 for them, and of course he didnt return them either. I left angry. Its one thing to sell cheap products. I get it, a lot of stores do. But stand behind your products or get some new ones!! Never going back

Does not refund items when wrong size/type is purchased and product is returned in fully sealed package (perforated closing and not resealable) even though they did not have the size/type of product I needed and could not promise they could order it for me in a timely manner. Their claim of zero tolerance return policy to protect customers is a fabrication to further their own interests regardless of an individual customers situation and regardless of the state of the returned product. I've shopped here several times but this was the last trip for me.

Does not refund items that dont work. Bought a tray for my dads roller walker. The clamps did not fit on the walker bars, so I returned at the next day at opening w/ receipt for a refund. They told me it was unsanitary even though it was never installed. What a bunch of happy horse ..... Never ever doing business here again.
