Reg 80$ I was steered to a silicone elastomeric 85$ for 5 gallons with 10$ off with online coupon. Told it's Better 8 yr coating. 5$ each for roller roofing brushes. Chris helpful helping load in truck thanks. Buy local? Returns 14$ each per 5gallon!( FYI el nene restaurant / truck /tent by bar next door on flowing wells) update very satisfied w 365 silicone elastomeric flat roof paint .
