First rate company. Easy scheduling. Came at 7;00 AM and fixed our largest sun shade, overcoming a glitch and charging a very fair fee for professional work.

His team arrived exactly on time, provided a detail explanation of the install, worked in a professional and efficient manner, and provided a thorough overview how to operate and care for the shutters. Overpriced. Something like $30,000 to do your house. The people are nice but it's not worth it.

We bought a rolling shutter for our French doors 3.5 years ago. It does a perfect job stopping the rain that formerly blew in at the base of the doors (despite my best efforts to stop it) as well as the sunlight and intense heat that blasted right through the blinds. It recently jammed in the up position. I called and Roman and David came out the next week. They determined that new slats were needed, ordered fabrication of the slats, came back the following week and installed them. The whole process took about 2.5 weeks. That's great customer service, and it was all covered by the 5 year warranty. The shutter is now back in action working perfectly.

We love our screen from Tucson Rolling Shutters!!! We added the screen to our patio, and love it so much! It provides privacy and protects the furniture from the sun, but most of all, it lowers the temperature in our living room by about 10 degrees!! They were easy to work with from the very first visit and installation was exactly when they said it would be. All of our friends just rave about our screen and we always tell them where we got it! You can't go wrong!
