Tucson Premium Outlets

The Tucson Premium Outlets reminds me of the Spectrum Mall in Irvine, CA. It's not as crowded, although it most likely is during the holidays. This mall has some good stores, but they didn't have a Lululemon. The mall directory isn't updated as I didn't see Bath & Body Works on it, but when I turned the corner to get to Kate Spade, I saw it on the left hand side. I didn't go through the entire mall, just a few stores. This outdoor mall is a great place to get your steps in and window shop. There's a food court which I didn't go into, but I heard there isn't much inside.Most, if not all stores here will give you a military discount when you show a valid I.D. Look for the star decal near the doors when you're shopping. The stores have some good sales going on, and I can only imagine what treasures you can find when they mark things down after the holiday season. I'd recommend thus outlet mall if you're looking for some great deals on just about anything!

I'm not sure why we have outdoor malls in Arizona because during the summer time they are unbearable to walk around in.. but yet they keep popping up. I stopped here before heading back to PHX and I had a decent time.Checked out a few stores and walked out with a few bags. The employees I interacted with were friendly. The courtyard they had up front is really nice, has seating, and it's clean. I would stop by again when in the area!

Love the stores! Great family atmosphere and friendly merchants. I highly recommend stopping here for your retail therapy needs!

Hot day for shopping. The mall needs to have misters on everyday. Went we're there during the week and it was very very hot without them.

One of the best out door malls in Marana! It's new and clean there. It's relaxing to grab a coffee at the Starbucks and sit down in the grass area in the middle of the courtyard. So many stores to choose from. They have a Nike store, Michael Kors, Kate Spade and Old Navy to name a few. There is also a food court that has a few restaurants inside. I love that it's outside and dogs are welcome!

I've been to big outlet malls,compared to this one. It's kinda disappointing to know that there's not a lot of choices to shop at. I hope they will open more designer shops,at least!

On the way home to Yuma, we hit up this outlet mall. Not sure how things go in the middle of summer and/or when it's uber-busy, but we had an enjoyable time. Decent outdoor temperature, not too crowded and the other shoppers weren't rushing everywhere to find sweet Holiday deals. The teenagers got to go off on their own as did Mama; my youngest and I hit up toy stores for sweet clearance items...everyone got their "space" so I can't complain. Outlet shopping for quality merch; always a plus, whether you have a "plan" or not. Worth another visit.

The pandemic really did a number on the *ahem* number of stores here. Lots of open store fronts, but the anchor tenants are still around. Parking is never a problem, and the grounds are kept up nice. Overall still a decent selection of stores, but it definitely isn't at it's prime.

This mall has so much potential! I will agree that, yes, there are ~some~ good stores here however, there's just not enough! The mall itself is quite beautiful and clean(-ish) but I just can't help but notice that there seems to be more closed store fronts than open ones. The food court is very uneventful and the overall vibe of the mall seems a bit lackluster. Now the deals on the other hand are quite great and I've never had an issues with any staff members. I truly hope that with the pandemic behind us this mall will flourish with new stores, great food options, and an overall eventful atmosphere.

Just had a bad experience here. I found a pair of shoes that had one of the store zip tie prices on it. Very secure and something that couldn't be messed with. I took the shoes to the counter and the lady scanned an old tag on the sole of the shoe and not the secure tag. It rang up higher. She (older woman with blonde hair)and the manager Brittany refused to honor the newest and more secure price. Very very shady. I think they are trying to swindle people by getting them to the register and then charging a higher price.
