Normally, I don't have any problems here. My husband is really good about checking in early and we went to primary care physician Monday June 17, and they set up an appointment this week for Friday. We show up for the appointment check in early. They take the co-pay and tell us to wait in lobby A: after 30 minutes, they don't call us, but they called everybody who came before and after us so my husband checks in and they scramble like they forgot to check us in. After another 30 minutes, more people are called in who came much later. So he checked again at the desk. He texts me, after waiting in line three times, saying we don't even have an appointment today, your appointment is actually June 28. We've been waiting an hour and instead of trying to squeeze us in they're acting like we didn't have an appointment. My husband showed them the text message reminders for today at 8:15am and all they could do is refund our co-pay. Please do better.

I hate to leave anyone a bad review, but this is very important. Dr. Mahoney and his office were dishonest about my shoulder injury. I couldn't tell you why for sure. It's been a year and it has not healed at all. Not one little bit. But they insist there's nothing wrong with my shoulder. I have been athletic my whole life and I know when there's an injury and when it's just a little inflammation. And that's what they are saying, probably just a little inflammation. Are you kidding me? After a year? It's really impacted in my life in a big way. I can't use my right arm. It's just very very very upsetting. I don't know if the insurance tells them to say that or what's going on? It's just very very upsetting.

Quick check in! Front desk was professional and courteous. The med tech was friendly as well. Had to get X-rays while I was there and it was just a matter of minutes and I was in and out. The radiologist was great! Finally saw the doc and he was thorough, listened and explained everything.

This is my second surgery with them. I opted to drive the hour because I have always found them to be highly professional. Even during recovery, excellent. My surgeon was Dr John Wilde, he and his staff the best!!!

The level of care at this place is top notch. I've had two surgeries in the past year and both Doctors were great. During the first surgery I was cared for by TMC with no regrets. Only reason I give it 4 stars is because of the check in process. Almost always has a long line. Don't understand why they let you check in online and then check in again when you get there. Seems redundant.

Do NOT go here if you can avoid it. They claim to be healthcare professional, but even if you have a referral to see them they will turn you away stating they don't see your injury here (knee injury was turned away). Not an insurance issue at all, but rather them claiming to be one thing and failing to uphold their oaths. Would rather go to the VA where I know I won't get good treatment but still be seen than go here for any emergency.

terrible parking, awful phone service and terrible incompetent authorization dept. the auth people have screwed up for two months last year and now because the hey didn't see submit an auth for an mri the surgery may be postponed!!! go somewhere else!!!

After about a year and many thousands of dollars, I still have no diagnosis for the debilitating pain in my hands and arms. Dr. Braunstein just can't diagnose it unless it's one of the high-profit conditions on the list I guess. His medical assistant is also an extremely rude and incompetent person with a huge ego.

Hip and knee.Felt like I was rushed and he didn't even have recent imaging. Talking about next patient walking to the door.Not impressed.
