I have been a patient of Dr Victor Weaver at Tucson Family Medicine since after my stroke in 2016. Everyone there is friendly courteous and professional. They take the time to address your concerns and they have a lab on site which is a plus for me. Highly recommend this practice!!

I recently had an appointment with Dr. Evans to establish care and specifically to get some guidance on losing weight in a healthy and sustainable way. Dr. Evans referred me to a local nutritionist. Upon speaking with said nutritionist I was informed that their program of several weeks would cost me thousands of dollars, require specialized tests and the purchase of supplements directly from them. Skeptical I did my research and found that these tests are not accepted by either the medical or nutrition communities as being accurate or beneficial and have very little, if any, foundation in real science. Dr. Evans would have me risk my health and waste my hard earned money on some nonsense pseudo science. In my opinion, she can't be and shouldn't be trusted.

Every time I come here with my boyfriend we are NEVER SEEN ON TIME! we waited an hour after our appointment time. This time it's about 40 min after our appointment time. Our doctor is lacking in his professional work (John staughton) he seems to just ask basic questions and you're done. Truly disappointed and disgusted that this practice doesn't have punctuality. But the worst part a patient came in late for their appointment and they were still seen and that is the reason we were pushed back 40 minutes after the appointment time. Truly a shame to medicine.

Absolutely horrible! I made 1 appointment and will never go back! Dr. Rosales did not listen and tried to make me get off a maintenance medication that I cannot be without. I had a second opinion and saw a specialist and they both agreed that medication needed to be continued. Then when switching to new doctor, they refused to give me my medical file!!!! This place is a joke of a medical office!

After decades payin and paying this horrible practice, I was 81 and in crisis. I needed to see a Doctor. I had an upcoming appointment with Dr Weaver. I was contacted to come in the week before, but had a conflict, so asked to just keep my scheduled appointment. Recieved a call later that my scheduled appointment with a Doctor had been changed to a PA. I became understandably upset, and was kicked and banned forever from the practice! Avoid this entire ACP network of non-professionals.

I had the worst experience here, my visits were treated with such lack of respect and empathy that I felt like a burden coming here with my problems. I was never able to get ahold of my doctor or her medical student because she was always out of the office and when her medical student returned my call she was always so un-knowledgeable about what she was talking about and extremely rude. If you plan on going here or seeing Doctor Evans expect a huge lack of care for your loved ones or yourself

My Dad 89 with pancreatic cancer received a letter canceling him as a patient do to him missing an appointment with Dr Charles Michieli . I called and talked to Gail she was very nice. She explained dad had missed 3 appointment. I asked my Dad, he is 89 said he did not get any notifications of appointments. She said there is auto-call notifications. I assured her if they would reinstate my Dad I would make sure he knows and makes his appointment. They would not. Its a shame that they are so impersonal and not give him a 2nd chance. I might add there were no warning letters. I understand Drs office cost lot of money to run. Appointments need to be kept but really can't you cut a 89 year old a little slack.

Went to the lab today to give a urine sample. I was totally in shock. I needed to use the restroom to give the sample and someone was there before me. I asked if the room is sanitized or cleaned between patients and was told 'no'. I needed to give the sample so I used the restroom. The floor had spots of 'liquid' , the trash was almost full, and I shuttered to even think of using the toilet I squatted.This is a doctors office so in the era of COVID I find this very disconcerting.

Dr. Amanda Bacchus-Morris is moving to a "member$hip" practice. She claims she is moving from 4000 patients to 400 so she can provide more quality personalized care. Good move on her part. I left her practice several months ago because the service I received was aloof, disinterested, detached. I had complained of hand, elbow and shoulder pain. They told me to take a couple aspirin. My new nurse practitioner listened, talked about options and took my pain and concern seriously.A "member$hip fee" for you to be a caring health care practice? No thanks.
