It was a very nice optical doctor's office the staff here were friendly the provider was thorough yet efficient and answered all questions from both patients and family members the facility is clean well-kept with a nice water station for guest it was a nice experience and I recommend it to anyone looking to establish care or switch to new providers

Awful customer service! I do not recommend this business at all. My sister called the day before to confirm appointment and everything was good. Next day arrived and when she showed up not only did they say she didn't have appointment but front desk was rude, cold, and unhelpful. To be treated so terribly without cause I can only assume that a small elderly Native American was not their kind of people. Businesses like this have no place here in AZ.

Dr Wright is amazing. And so are all of the staff here. My father has had a very serious issue which has required multiple surgeries. Every time we see Dr Wright, she's honest, compassionate, and efficient. She's squeezed him in and worked extra hours to help my Dad and I'm so appreciative!

Dr Wright maybe be good, but they double and triple book patients! So your appointment is never even close to on time or near, it might be in an hour of two, so pack a lunch!

I went here for Cataract surgery and was impressed with Dr. Snyder. He is so knowledgeable and really helped me through the process. I didn't have complications and it was smooth sailing . In addition the Anesthesiologists were very kind and met with you before to asses your level of what would be best. I would highly recommend Dr. Snyder he is amazing I was told at my last follow up that I now have "Eagle Eye " vision way more than I was hoping for-I have my distance back abs could never say thank you enough!

I was referred to Tucson Eye Care by another doctor for cataract surgery. After receiving and returning paperwork, I was informed that my first visit could take up to 3 hours, so I arranged my morning accordingly. The staff was professional and I appreciated the time the doctor spent with me. Successful cataract surgery followed a few months later (due to my work schedule.) The next day after surgery I arrived for my check with the doctor and waited a total of 2 hours for what seemed like a 5 minute check. I found this unsatisfactory. Last week I returned for a one month check and informed the staff that I had taken time off work as a teacher, and would appreciate it if I could be seen in a timely manner. One hour and 12 minutes later, I still had not seen a doctor and had no indication I would be seeing one anytime soon, so I left the office as I needed to get back to work. I received a call 10 minutes after leaving stating that they had called my name for the Dr. to see me. Counting the time spent sitting in the office waiting, plus the drive back to work, then phone calls later, my actual time would have been - again - closer to two hours waiting to be seen. This experience has been a very unsatisfactory one, to say the least. I do not want to return to an office that keeps patients waiting for these extended amounts of time. I don't know what might cause such delays and would like to be fair in my assessment, but truthfully, I do not wish to book another appointment and sit for close to two hours waiting to be seen. In my world, making an appointment indicates that you can expect to be seen within a "reasonable" amount of time of that BOOKED AND CONFIRMED APPOINTMENT. Waiting more than one hour and up to two hours certainly does not fall under the definition of "reasonable" as far as I'm concerned.

Technician - Not doing the job right.Wonderful staff and doctors. Although it has been frustrating day waiting for the prescription called in to the pharmacy. My eye is getting redder and the pain has increased. The front desk suggested for me not to coming in to get the prescription in person since the technician is busy.I understand how busy everyone gets but had an appointment @8 am schedule urgently then not getting the prescription till 4 pm since she' busy is not acceptable. they should train them better

I have been coming to this office for years now & it's always a bad experience. Dr Gross is ALWAYS several patients behind & I have often had long waits. There is no excuse for this, it's rude & very inconvenient. I will transfer to another practice soon.
