I continue to have great service from Tucson Endurance. I bought my Cervelo there and follow their recommendations. Highly recommended.

Update Jan 2021I ve been looking for a mountain bike shoe that is just right. I think I found a pair of leather Shimanos. They fit my feet but will they go with the kind of pedal set up I have. I ll have to sit on the bike with the shoes on and connect to the pedals. I hope it's good. I m tired of hunting. Hank , the sales guy, was patient, measured my feet in the socks I wear. Thanks And they offer a military discount. All good.Later :Came home and tried the new shoes withMy cage pedals. They fit right. Think I'm In the Clear.Later:When you have a Shimano Shoe that will accept step in clips, "but " you won't be using the clips , Shimano has a adapter called a clip cap. I didn't want to call the factory if they are in stock. So not in stock , but he will order for me. They don't have many riders that read the instructions and Warranty. I ll never use step in clips on the Mountain Bike. Just the Road bike. & I ll need new shoes for Road later this year. Another good reason to come back here. Inventory and Service. Thanks Hank!

The guys that work here are so, so helpful and kind. I'm a biking novice, hoping to increase my weekly miles. I've been in twice in the last two weeks and have received excellent service and advice.

This place is awesome! And Hank is the best! Super helpful and great to talk with! I brought my wife's bike in to check out a tire and he fixed it right on the spot. Put a new tube in since the Presta valve stem has broken and explained the whole process. It's fun to drop in for some help and a nice chat. Definitely 10/10 recommend!

Rather limited store front. Also main thing that drew me in was their sale on endurance products. I purchased 4 different things that were all part of the 25% off sale and only one of the identical items rang up at sale price even though the sale is on all of them. Not worth going back for the few dollars missed out on. I didn't realize until I got home that I was cheated. I just won't go back or send any of my triathlete friends that way.

I'll try to make this quick. (UPDATE: I was told my bike will not be worked on and to pick it up after writing this review, DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!)My bike was brought in to complete two tasks: hub service and toe clip cages. I call the shop 3 days after I had brought my bike in to see what has been done. Guess what? Absolutely nothing had been done. They said they were waiting on the toe clip cages before working on the bike? Very irritating considering I could have been riding my bike for the last three days, why couldn't or why wasn't I told to just bring my bike back in when the toe clip cages arrived if this is the case?Anyway, day 4 now, still no bike. We'll see if I get a call at a reasonable time today, may change my review then. Appears to be due to a lack of competency. More empathy and consideration should be given to those who use these bikes to commute and or exercise, not just use them recreationally.

Whenever I'm in Tucson, James' bike shop is my go-to spot! Even with a busy schedule, James made time for me and took care of my bike like it was his own. The attention to detail and the care they show customers are top-notch. Whether it's a quick tune-up or something more complex, they always go above and beyond. If you're in town and need reliable service, I highly recommend stopping by. Thanks, James, for being such a pro!

If you want to name your bike "Noisy" then you come to the right place. The staff will deliver the exact bike you want. The bike will be assembled and delivered noisy bikes for you. If you asked the staff to check the bike and make some adjustment, they will blame you and suspect that you must have done something to it. Never walk into that shop again

Great store. Able to work on an older model mtn bike.. like 10+ years and the manager Dane even hooked it up with old parts that they no longer make! Nigel was super helpful and James was very patient as I forgot to pick up my Bike before vacation and left it in the store for over 3 weeks. Great guys. Really appreciate their support!

I am new to Tucson and had looked TEPC up before I moved. Once I got to Tucson I went into both locations and was totally blown away by how welcoming and kind everyone is. I have had my bike serviced and bought a very nice bike computer along with calling a few times for guidance and advice and every interaction has been excellent. The high standards they have for their customers and the community is always on point. I highly recommend TEPC. It is so refreshing to have this high level of care from a business.
