Raul has helped us a few times and is amazing. We came to Tucson Computer because they were open on Sunday and we got a screen repair on an iPhone within an hour. We've had screen repairs, a battery replaced, a lightning port replaced. The work is done promptly and is guaranteed. The prices are reasonable. I highly recommend Tucson computer for your iPhone repairs.

Great group of guys, great service, and great communication. They laid out two separate courses of action and gave me a timeline and price for both. Raul was very patient and went through the pros and cons of each option to help me make a decision.

I really appreciate this place! I had a broken external hard drive, and although it was beyond repair, I really appreciate their very friendly customer service. They thoroughly explained everything they did to try and retrieve the data and answered all my questions. The turn around was quick, and best of all, they had the best prices in town. Everywhere else I called had nothing cheaper than a $100 diagnostic fee, but it was only $45 at Tucson Computer. I was so relieved because I knew it would be a toss up if my device was salvageable, really glad I didn't end up paying double the amount just to know it was truly broken!I would definitely recommend this place if you're looking for honest work, friendly people, and the best prices.

I love this company. I have used them now for about 2=3 years and they are the best. They have fixed several computer for me. I use their monthly remote cleanup service and it has been the best investment I've made regarding keeping my computers up-to-date and clean of any virus/trojan problems. They also update my windows when needed. Great company and great tech staff!

Really happy with this company! I had a pretty bad virus and they cleaned it up and got it back to me within a day! They also installed software to prevent any other issues and improved my computers start up time! Best Buy charges $200 and needs your computer for 3-5 business days, being a student and needing my laptop everyday I highly recommend this place!

My computer stopped working on a Sunday morning. Called the shop and they had me bring it in on Sunday. Had it fixed and working by Monday a.m.Would definitely use their service again. Great communication and reasonable price.

Note: this is a copy/paste of my review from a while ago that was originally posted to google. Trying to make this warning as far reaching as possible. Upon drop-off, I was given an estimate that the repair would be $135-165 and was told to come back the next business day (Saturday drop-off- Tuesday when they looked at it due to a holiday the Monday) to bring them my charger. I told them id be there at 530-6 pm that day and they said that was fine at the time.On that Tuesday, after they looked at the issue, I was told it would be $335. I told them not to go forward with the repair, as that was too expensive for me. I arrived at 5:15 that afternoon (a bit before the time we agreed on, but to pick up my laptop instead.) I was told that they were now closed, (I didn't realize they closed at 5, which was my bad, but they could've informed me when we agreed to meet at 530 the previous Saturday.) Plus, was told that the conversation we had about when I would arrive never happened. (lying to my face.) I was informed that the pieces needed to fix my laptop were already on order and my computer was taken apart. I was given the choice to pay them $75 to put my computer back together and be able to get it the next day, or wait for the repair to be done and pay the full amount. ($75 charge to look at the laptop was not discussed upon drop-off.) They also refused to give back the laptop back that day due to it being taken apart.I refused to pay them the $75 fee (as I never agreed to it), and they refused to give back the computer until the repair was done. The repair ended up not being done correctly, as the hinges to the laptop were clicking when they closed. (it looked fine, but obviously wasn't.) They refused to redo the work. I had to pay them to get my laptop back, then bring it to someone else to do it correctly.I will NEVER be going back to these guys.TLDR: I dropped off my laptop, was called a liar to my face due to a miscommunication, was forced to either into a repair I never agreed to or a diagnostic charge that wasn't discussed at drop-off, and had to pay for work that wasn't done correctly.UPDATES: After bringing in my laptop to another company, i learned they had put an incompatible piece on my laptop when they "fixed" it. I also contacted the head office (who claimed to be located in Olympia, WA.) and emailed the email i was given about the issue, but was ignored.This is the 1st company ive worked with that NEEDS to go out of business. This place is a SCAM.

Took in an old laptop I had been wanting fixed for a while after another computer repair place botched it, I found this little hole in the wall with amazing reviews and after taking my laptop to get fixed I can say that those reviews are well deserved! Raul was amazing to work with, he fixed my laptop expertly and it's working like new! Definitely recommend people to stop by here instead of the Geeks to support a local business! I'll definitely be coming back here now for all my computer repair needs
