Tucson Coffee Cricket

I went on the hunt for a Ube concha but to my surprise they were all sold out. But then she offered me an Ube matcha, immediately said yes since I love matcha and Ube. This is a very small coffee shop on the ground floor of a tall building on Broadway. They do have their own parking space available (awesome).Anyway the iced Ube Matcha latte was so refreshing and creamy, I will definitely go back for more. They also sell Sandos and pastries.

I recently tried an iced oat milk matcha latte and a strawberry scone. Both items were delicious. The scone offered a refreshing twist on traditional recipes. The fact that it was made from cricket flour was a pleasant surprise, as it added a unique nutty undertone and an impressive boost of protein. It was moist and slightly crumbly, with a perfect amount of strawberry flavor that wasn't too overpowering.Service was fast and the woman making the drinks was friendly and informative. We will be coming back!

Walk-up coffee window located inside the 5151 Building. Mostly for takeaway during the week as they have pretty limited seating and are not open on the weekends. It is nice that they have a few dedicated parking spots right up front for the coffee shop in the parking lot. They partner with some other local Tucson food vendors on different days as well. Iced coffee was good and if you get a chance try the purple crinkle ube cookies! Although you need to get the cookies early in the morning before they are sold out for the day.

Amazing ube cookie alert!! The best purple smoosh cookie I have ever had!! Tbe vanilla latte was great too!! You can also get Fatboy Sandos there. If you are extremely adventurous you can also try the namesake pastries that are made with cricket flour for that extra shot of protein. ;) It's in a lobby of the 5151 building so you might miss it but I highly recommend!

Again, Tucson Cricket Coffee was outstanding! We ordered the Ube latte and iced vanilla coffee with rose flavored syrup! Absolutely, divine! The creativity behind the flavor mixing is outstanding at this cute little coffee shop. Traveling to this destination is 100 percent worth it. Also, this is the first time we were able to try a cricket flour blueberry scone and it was decadent! Moist, flavorful and filling! So glad this little gem is in business!

If you're running around on E. Broadway and need a beverage or some type of caffeinated/sugary pick me up, Tucson Coffee Cricket will hook you up. It's also nice that TCC offers baked goods from @Calsbakeshop!I happened to try the Desert Mocha and Mate Palmer. Both drinks were very good. When I was discussing my order with the owner/creator, she mentioned that the mocha was going to have some heat/spice to it, but will add extra chocolate to 'cool' it down a bit for me, I'm a lightweight when it comes to spicy. The drink was a really good hot chocolate with a bit of a chile kick. I was originally worried the mate palmer would be a little bitter due to the mate, but it was very refreshing, not overly sweet or tart. I saved that for the next day and it retained all the flavors. Whether it still had the same caffeine content, maybe not, but I'll tell myself it did and believe it helped propel my day.I for sure would order these two drinks again and try other specialty drinks.

Matcha muchacha series! I ordered the vanilla rose latte as well as their specialty ube latte! Omg they were both so delicious! I also got some collab pastries from calsbakeshop and ube Bae desserts, and they are worth the hype. They have been selling out, so make sure to ask what days they are restocked! I got the ube oreo Concha and the tiktok famous ube crookie! The manager, Becca, was soooo sweet! It was nice chatting with her while she got my order together. The cutest hidden gem!

I heard Cal's Donuts was going to have some delicious vegan pastries here and decided to check it out on my way to work. Careful navigating in, you gotta turn onto Rosemont Blvd from E Broadway and follow the ramp to the open parking near the large business building, Coffee Cricket is one of the first suites you'll see when you go inside. The owner was super friendly and indicated she will have other goods from some of my favorite local vegan businesses in the future. Most importantly, the quality of the coffee I had was above average. I will go out of my way to stop by when I need a coffee or pastry fix going forward.

Friendly fast service. Located inside 5151 E. Broadway. I ordered the honey lavender latte cold and it was so good. You can taste the lavender and the latte was just right. Since it's in a business building there's not much ambiance. If you want pastries, go early because they sell out.

One of my favorite spots in tucson. My husband loves their triple c cold brew and when my mom visited she also got it and loved it. The staff are so friendly and knowledgeable. There's designated parking for tucson coffee cricket patrons. They also serve local home bakers treats.
