The week before Thanksgiving, we had to have our kitchen cabinets removed for some work in the wall behind them. Ugh! Two cabinets could not be reinstalled and some of the others were showing signs of wear after 20 years.We contacted Tucson Cabinets and Stoneworks in early December and worked with one of their team members to plan our remodel. We turned our island (gaining additional cabinet space), widened the space between the cabinets so two people can work in the space comfortably, and added a beverage center.To expedite, we ordered Mid-Content cabinets and a Cambria quartz countertop. Working with Barclay, Audra, and their amazing installers was a pleasure. When we ordered, we were given an installation date, and they were able to move us up a week. Our cabinets were delivered and unpacked the day before install with all packaging removed from our home. The installer arrived on time, and single-handedly installed all the cabinets in a day! He came back the next day to complete trim work and to note warranty replacements for a few cabinet doors that did not meet their standards. The next day, the countertop installer came out to measure for the slabs using lasers. One week later, we're only missing our backsplash (different contractor). I'll post a photo once that's in!We also were very happy that everyone we worked with in showroom and in our home adhered to COVID-19 precautions. All were respectful of us and our space.From start to finish, we're pleased with Tucson Cabinet and Stoneworks. When we get ready to remodel our bathroom, we'll be back! My partner and I highly recommend them.

They helped me out in a pinch when our new home had nonstandard shelve holders! They were awesome to work with and kept their word!

I really wanted to like Tucson Cabinets. Their showroom was nice and the salespeople were friendly. I ordered nearly $40,000.00 worth of new cabinets from them. Twelve weeks later Tucson Cabinets phoned to tell me that my cabinets were ready to be installed. This is where e-v-e-r-y-t-h-i-n-g went wrong. So many mistakes were made by the manufacturer, the cabinet installers, and the store personnel that I could not believe this was the same company I met 3 months later. The installers failed to install the brackets underneath the cooktop to hold it up. Inevitably, the cooktop fell through the cutout and cracked my newly installed quartz crystal countertop. Tucson Cabinets failed to order the toe kicks that sit underneath the cabinets; it took many phone calls and 6 months!! for them to order them and for the company to come and install them. They mismeasured cabinets doors which had to be adjusted; failed to place cabinet skin on the bottom exterior of my cabinets (which I paid for), installed the wrong hinge hardware on several cabinet doors so that the doors slapped into the wall whenever they were opened. Some doors were not level which had to be readjusted. And more. If the company had not taken 6 months to install and correct their mistakes I might have been more forgiving. Instead, they claimed they were too busy to finish my job right away. Perhaps because they had already been paid for the job? Be careful before you hire these characters.

This is a wonderful company! We just did a bathroom remodel and the most beautiful parts of our renovation are the cabinets and quartz countertops from Tucson Cabinets and Stoneworks. From beginning to end Lindsey (cabinets) and Audra (quartz) were highly professional, helpful, and attentive to detail. When I had questions, they were there to help-- always getting back to me in a timely manner. Their guidance in terms of wood type, cabinet size, quartz color, etc made all the difference for creating a bathroom that looks like a million dollars (for a competitive price!).The installers were first class as well--prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile to make things right. Perhaps best of all is that the two divisions worked together-- cabinets and stone-- allowing my project to be well coordinated in terms of design and installation. I realize these are difficult times to do business, especially with delays, labor shortages, supply chain issues, and shipping difficulties. Tucson Cabinets and Stoneworks proved they could handle these difficulties with ease and professionalism. I highly recommend them.

If you are looking for excellent communication, prompt attention, and consummate professionals from start to finish, Tucson Stoneworks is your place. My neighbor had used this company for her installation, so I got a first hand look at their work before picking them for my kitchen counters. Just because I am that kind of person, I went all over town talking to many people at kitchen and bath companies to get a good idea of selection, quality, price, etc,. No one compares to the experience I had at Tucson Stoneworks. When I arrived at their store, compared to other places, there were not tons of sample kitchen and bath areas set up for viewing, so I wasn't sure how things were going to go, but the employees in the store changed my initial opinion quickly. Audra took my template and had an estimate with my chosen samples by the next day. I asked a multitude of questions, all of which were answered very promptly, many answered within minutes, all phone calls returned promptly and the other employees were quick to respond if Audra was not available. In the end, I went to at least five different granite viewing companies in Tucson and two in Phoenix, so that I could have a really good selection to pick from. (Not to mention the estimates I received from other kitchen and bath companies.) When I had made my choice, Audra reserved my slabs, and just a few weeks later I had my counter tops. She was even able to move my original installation date UP a week!!! When does that ever happen!?!Personally, I enjoy workers that are tidy as I don't want to clean up a huge construction mess when they are done. The gentlemen who installed my granite were very respectful, careful when moving my furniture out of the way so they could get the big slabs into the kitchen, and they swept my entire kitchen clean when done. The measurements were dead on and the placement of the "grain" in the stone really shows off it's natural beauty. I cannot say enough good things about this company. If only more people recognized that good communication, showing up promptly, quick responses to questions, and delivering a very well done product gets the customer every time, the other kitchen stores would be as highly recommended as Tucson Stoneworks.

I am very pleased with the service and work done by Tucson Stoneworks. From the first interaction with Britney, to my consultation with Audra and scheduling with Lisa, everything went very smoothly. The templating, digital layout, fabrication and installation went as planned and the final product is stunning. Everyone was very pleasant to work with, highly professional and patient, especially Dustin as I played with a couple different layout ideas. Every employee I came into contact with shared how they like their jobs and working at this company, which is very refreshing. I highly recommend Tucson Stoneworks.

The very best service from start to finish. You get what you pay for!The quality of our cabinets are 5 star, much less 10 star! My husband is a cabinet maker by trade and he said the quality is by far supurb!We purchased countertops as well and they did a fabulous job.Very courtious and and polite with scheduling to follow up, no problem with this company!!!!!!A+++++++++

Had a great experience with the quartz installation by Logan and Daniel today. They were quick, efficient, and did quality work. They cleaned up any mess there may have been and were very friendly and courteous throughout the installation. They answered any questions we had. Highly recommend these guys.

Exquisite experience in every way from consultation to installation. Our complex design of a massive stone island with waterfall edges on either side and a kitchen back splash that curved in a half moon shape over the range was masterfully accomplished and installed. We are elated with the results this company produced and appreciate how dilligently they worked with us to make it happen.
