After a basic suspension service on my wife and I's mountain bikes, the bikes came out riding better than new. Ended up buying a brand-new pair of Norcos as a result of the great service experience and the fact that Mario takes the time to listen and engage with you as a valued customer. Highly recommended.

I have no idea how my bike ended up the way it did, the brake was bent into my back tire, and my tires were flat and seems loose or almost unattached to the metal wheel frame. However, Mario was very helpful. He knew exactly what it needed, took about 10-15 min to work on it, replaced the back metal wheel frame which was bent, blew up my tires so that they were super firm and I road the bike back to my truck smoother than it had been before, honestly. When I took the bike to him, the back wheel could even turn or spin. He charged me $30 which I thought was reasonable and affordable for the time, effort, and replacement part, considering I'm a broke college student. Definitely recommend Mario's shop! Thanks!

This is the only bicycle mechanic I take my bike to. Mario has created an expert shop that is efficient, above and beyond helpful and overall welcoming. His passion for his work shines through in everything he does, he is amazing!

I needed repairs to the gear shifter and brakes on my ebike. A friend of mine recommended I call Mario at Tucson Bike. I called and he got me in the same day. I usually do most of my own bike maintenance, but shock rebuilding is not in my skill set. Mario at Tucson Bicycle Service (he used to work at ABE before its unfortunate demise) took care of sending my rear shock back to Fox, servicing my front shock with new seals, and generally making my bike look new (a nice extra touch). He recommended a couple of other maintenance jobs that might need to be done soon, which was nice because I can be a little too "ride it until it breaks." Will definitely be going back. Check him out!

Mario built my Surley Karate Monkey back in 2020 and I've been loving his bike shop and this bike ever since! When we were setting up the build I said I wanted something I could load up for bike packing/touring without breaking spokes and Mario built the perfect bike for me. I just had my Karate Monkey tuned up by Mario and it's riding as good as ever! I'll always go back to TBS and Mario's expertise because he knows all bikes inside and out, does excellent work, and simply has the coolest laid back bike shop in all of Tucson!
