Tucson Battery, via my AAA membership, came to my house to charge or replace my truck battery. The service guy, Demond, arrived when he said he would and was courteous and helpful. I was also impressed with the Office Manager (Carrie?) who mailed out a warranty for me the same day. Thanks!

After parking my Prius for 3 months I came back to aDead battery. The Prius has two. This one is the small one in the back that controls starting and the electronics. I called triple A and they sent this company in a small van dedicated to a failed battery. In this case , he did a jump start and I was to drive it for an hour to charge it back up. He suggested I take it to a mechanic to inspect the system. Which I did both. Now , This is the day after and everything is back to normal. Thanks to Mikae Jai for his calm demeanor and hands on knowledge of the workings of a Prius. His manager checked in with me by Text to make sure everything worked out. Thanks to both of them. A big relief to have the car back to Normal.

I had a technician assess my car through AAA and the said the battery was fine. It just needed to be charged and that's longer than a normal service call. That seemed reasonable since the battery was purchased from Tucson Battery 6 months earlier. I had the car towed to a shop and they said the battery was dead and needed to be replaced. They happily sold me a $500 battery and the car works fine. I'm trying to get some reimbursement from AAA for the 6-mo old battery and I need a receipt from Tucson Battery for the original purchase. I've requested a copy of my invoice a few times over the past week, and they haven't been able to honor that. I think AAA needs to work with a more reliable company with better customer service.

Had a dead battery & called AAA. Took the guy 2 hours to get there. He decided the battery was not charge-able & I needed a new one, for which he charged me over $200 for a battery for an 86 Honda. Absolute highway robbery. The worst in every possible regard.

Very happy with prompt, efficient and friendly service from Nick. Old car battery finally died on a Sunday night while I was trying to leave the house. Called AAA and had a new battery installed in less than one hour by Nick. Appreciated his friendly and professional response.

Refused to accept AAA Warranty for battery even though the technician checked and told me the warranty was valid. He said that because the battery was totally dead they would have to tow my vehicle to another location for further testing before they could provide me with a new battery at no cost.

They'll make any excuse to avoid replacing a battery under warranty and their batteries are low quality. Buy from somewhere else. AAA failed by being cheap and contracting battery service to a third party. Their warranties are completely useless and the hassle is ridiculous. Will not buy a battery from them again. Also AAA battery failure rates have increased sincethey started working with this company. Fire them.Before this all of my experiences with AAA battery were positive. They've changed their warranty policies and become cheap. Business will decline as a result.

Tucson battery replaced my college student's battery. It was one of theirs and was still under warranty. I was told we wouldn't be charged, but I just got a bill, AND the tech didn't clean the terminals, so the car was making noise and we had to take it in to a mechanic. This isn't what I expect when I pay for AAA.

The absolute most amazing experience. The best communication skills I have encountered in many years. I called for AAA service and was told there would be 1 hour and 30 minute wait. Ugh. Immediately was contacted by the service technician and informed that it was a busy day and I was 4th in line. Each time I moved up in the line, he notified me. I was kept in the loop the whole time. When he arrived, he calmly listened to my explanation, tested my battery and replaced it within about fifteen minutes. His new business should be teaching others about customer service. I am a customer for life!

Every time I visit Subway in the North Hills shopping center the produce is wilted and looks spoiled. The soda/ice machine has been broken since summer.
