Tucson Balloon Lady

Too bad we don't have more stars, because she deserves it!!!! Not kidding at all. I was thrilled with the balloon arch that was made and installed. It was a windy day, but she made it work. She was so kind and professional, and she was just terrific with communication. Details were thought of such as anchoring the arch, and keeping the balloons pretty. If you are looking to make an event or a day special, please reach out to her, because she leaves you with a smile.

Ordered balloons delivered to Tucson restaurant as a surprise for my daughter's UofA graduation. Delivery and balloons were perfect and prices were reasonable.

I just needed a simple balloon setup for my event. Thought I'd get a few balloons on a ribbon. When I walked in and saw this. I was amazed! My guests were also amazed. Everyone asked me for the contact of who did the balloons. Highly suggest Tucson Balloon Lady. She goes above and beyond.

Ashley and their team always do an amazing job with arrangements and suggestions for our annual conference. Deliveries are prompt and staff is friendly and courteous with regards to replacement and quality. Highly recommend for any event!

This was my daughter's first birthday away from home and we wanted to do something special. I had heard from other UA moms that The Balloon Lady was the way to go, but, wow did she blow my mind. First of all, she is so easy to work with! She was attentive, communicative and delivered much more than expected. I would highly recommend The Balloon Lady and cannot wait to us her again!!!

WARNING! Do not waste you time or your special event with this business!!I filled out all the necessary forms online three days before my mom's 82 birthday for a balloon bouquet and was told that due to a helium shortage my arrangement would have to be a 'standing arrangement' rather than a floating arrangement. (?) I said OK and proceeded to ask about pricing, ect. I didn't hear from them at all until the actual day of my mom's birthday when Ashley rudely emailed me that they cannot do the balloons after all, with no explanation as to why! Sadly, my mom is on hospice, and this might be her last birthday so I wanted it to be really special and had taken some time and thought to putting together a nice balloon arrangement, but instead Balloon Lady's unprofessional attitude left me scrambling and upset. I don't want anyone else to have to deal with a special day ruined, so avoid this vendor! Petition to change the name to Balloon Person, because this vendor Sir is NO LADY!

We hired the Balloon Lady for a balloon arch for a baby shower. I provided a few inspirational photos which still weren't exactly what I invisioned so I was anxious to see what would be designed for my sunflower themed shower. It was simply stunning and somehow captured exactly what I had hoped for. I wish I could upload a photo to show it off. As they arrived they were super friendly, congratulatory and we're on their way in no time. I certainly would recommend the Balloon Lady and her team any day, for any event.

The balloons arrived at noon. We had a 6-8 hour expectation. Woke up the morning at 6 and not 1 had dropped. They looked GREAT all day and night. Thanks so much. I highly recommend the Balloon Lady. JK

We had The Balloon Lady create arrangements for my grandson's first baby. Told her the party was Fiesta-themed, and that we wanted something with a WOW factor! She did not disappoint. The arrangements were perfect, beyond our expectations. Customer service is excellent, delivery and set-up were timely, and she was willing to work in our time constraints! A pleasure to work with.....already looking forward to our next "big event"! Thank you, Linda!!
