I've had debilitating chronic health issues for many years. Conventional health care does little to help so I decided to try acupuncture. I've been going regularly for a while now and some of my health issues are gradually improving. Cate is compassionate, patient, listens and is a skilled acupuncturist. I recently tried a gua sha treatment with Taylor who is also, kind, listens and skilled. Violet, who is usually at the front desk is also terrific. If you are wanting to try acupuncture or are looking for a new acupuncturist, I highly recommend TACO!

I've been dealing with long Covid and Cate has helped me finally turn the corner toward healing. From asking all the right questions, to consulting with colleagues regarding my extended loss of smell and taste, to listening to my reports about how my mind and body were shifting pre and post treatments, the totality of my experience has been nurturing, healing, and amazing. I am so grateful to Cate and TACO for helping me get to the point where I felt pre-Covid: whole, healthy, and vibrant.

I got my boyfriend a onetime session here to help with allergies, stress, and some head pressure. I had no idea it would benefit him as much as it did. Since it is a Co-op your not by yourself with the facilitator. You're in a group setting with a bunch of lounge chairs in a room where everyone has just received their treatment.The facilitator pricked him in the ears, head, forearms, feet and around the ankles. She said you could leave the needles in for as long as you would like. After she pricked him he said he instantly fell asleep. Once awakening he asked the facilitator if it was common to quote on quote "trip". Supposedly, the facilitator said, "yes".He really enjoyed the experience thus making me want to go here to experience it!They even offered a buy one & bring someone new for a free experience! So guess what I'm going!

This place rocks and they really care about the community. I come here regularly and highly recommend it!

I was not a believer in acupuncture, but having tried everything else short of surgery for my sciatita, I tried Tucson Acupuncture. They worked a miracle. After 1 visit I was 80% cured. After the second visit I was pain free!! I can't say enough good things about them!!

Cate is unbelievably kind and attentive. After losing all motion in my hand without concurring answers from MDs or tests, a friend whose had great outcomes from here recommended and I'm so glad she did. Cate embodies healing and I'm getting more results from each visit. The 'frequent recliner' option allows me visits without breaking the bank. It's truly a community effort with volunteers helping with laundry and front desk duties. Thank you, Cate, for your focus on healing others. I'll be forever grateful. Also, I appreciate the N95 mask requirement and HEPA filters throughout - it adds to my feeling of safety in your 'healing' room.

Cate at Tucson Acupuncture coop has healed my body and given me the confidence and good health to have a healthy normal life again. The environment is quiet, relaxing, clean, which allows one to receive a quality healing experience. I recommend TACO to everyone! Grace

I love what's being done at TACO. It's relaxing, it's effective and dang do they really care about everyone that walks in the door. They work really hard to increase access to acupuncture for EVERYBODY and I love that face masks are required. I really want to know that a clinic is doing what they can to keep me and others safe and out of the hospital. Getting treatments has helped me heal my guts to the point where I no longer have food sensitivities and I am WAY less anxious.

Prior to my first visit in January 2019, I had been in constant pain for 30 years. Since my very first appointment I find I am moving around better, less pain, my attitude is extremely better, I am no longer depressed and my arthritic hands no longer constantly pain me!
