NO RATING. ( 'Was forced to select a star for this review to be posted.) Recently, my wife bought a Charcuterie Board at this supposedly prestigious, esteemed, artistic furniture/fine art establishment owned by women. The Charcuterie board was a birthday gift. Unfortunately, it was not well-received, for it was too small and lacked character in design/texture for the price it's worth. Henceforth, we had no choice but to return it to the establishment, explain the situation, and kindly ask for our money back (approx. $55.00 +/-). As anticipated, the owner(s) was not present, so we had to deal with a subordinate, which I express accurately, due to her deprived skills, unfamiliarity with store policies, but particularly in her conduct to provide a remedy or to our situation. She gazed at our receipt and looked as confused as a robot would when burned-out circuitry occurs. Rather than proceed to refund our money, her only solution was to call her owner/boss. Regrettably, I should've personally spoken to her boss/owner. The answer from her boss was a distinct NO. NO REFUND. She then added, "Sorry, it's not my business", and repeated apathetically with 'Sorry', which in her body language expressed it's not my business, so piss-off. If it was 'your business', what would you do to appease a client or improve this common situation? If she is an employee who works there, why on earth was she so completely daft about the policies on returns rather than pose as a Project Runway model with a permanent smile?I find it inconceivably difficult to believe how our Charcuterie Board, would impose such a financial dent towards the owners' monthly sales in inventory. By comparison to their diverse merchandise, I don't think they're financially suffering. Our request for a $50 + refund is a mere drop in a bucket.Aside from our encounter being surprisingly disappointing, more importantly, it unveiled the owners' miserliness. Before entering this overly pretentious establishment, my recommendation to those who are mindful of their wallet to weigh, consider and research your product. Better still, support artists elsewhere who are void from this form of pretentious, touristy ambience.

I have had Tubac Territory Furniture do two kitchens for me in mesquite. The wood is beautiful but the process is like giving birth--long and extremely painful. Buy finished furniture you can see. Go elsewhere for custom cabinets.
