Stayed here on a 4-day visit to Tubac to celebrate our wedding anniversary. It's a very quiet property tucked away just a short walk away from the main part of Tubac. The unit was clean, spacious, quiet, well-maintained, tastefully-furnished, and comfortable, with little touches here and there that made it feel "homey". The staff was instantly and positively responsive when there was a maintenance issue. We would definitely return on our next visit to Tubac.

The name of this Inn perfectly reflects what is looks and feels like as an incredible Secret Garden. From the moment you arrive, you're enthralled by an amazing view of the property. Their marketing extolls rejuvenance, charm and serenity, and by-gosh, that's what you get... loads of it. The property, a beautiful mix of Mediterranean, North African, Tuscan and Southwestern design if expansive and stunning with amazing appointments of flowered gardens, tranquil open spaces, a majestic gazebo, a rock turret, fenced sitting areas, birds chirping, breeze rustling, just to mention a few relaxing experiences available. Having the opportunity to regularly stay over many accommodations across and occasionally outside the country, not a professional hotel reviewer by any means, and not a regular business traveler - but as a primarily pleasure and needs wanderer, I have developed as what I believe is my concise method for scoring the worthiness of each hotel visited. My criteria are as follows and the results are: 1) ease of access to and from public or private ground transportation [Score:5]; 2) convenient and safe parking [Score:5]; 3) access, accuracy and convenience of check in and check out [Score:5]; 4) atmosphere, ambience, public facilities and lounging areas [Score:5]; 5) overall customer service - including but not limited to Hospitality, Support Services, Concierge knowledge, communication, attitude and demeanor of staff [Score:4]; 6) quality, cleanliness, value, convenience, amenities (i.e., ironing board, iron, TV, charging access, phone, et.al.) and comfort of rooms, beds, room safe and/or valet services [Score:5]; Taking all the aforementioned categories in a scale of 1 star to 5 stars with 1 being the worst and 5 being the best a hotel can be! This hotel rates a: [4.8]. Most positive point(s) at this hotel is: the uniqueness and distinctiveness of the estate without impairing comfort and atmospherics. Most negative points found here is: actually none. My price to value to overall assessment: well worth the price, then some.

This place, this beautiful, gorgeous place, is magical. The grounds are so serene and relaxing, sprawling across 4 acres of land. There are so many nooks where you can sit and just relax. Whether it be in the courtyard, by the coy pond, by the outdoor fireplace, or on your balcony viewing the mountains, you just can't go wrong. The interior is total Spanish style with wood beams, satillio (sp) flooring, adobe walls and an adobe fireplace. If you need somewhere where you can just stop, turn everything off, shut down, and reconnect with you and what is really important, this truly is the place to do it. Also, Tubac, itself is just a gem and a great little spot to visit for a day or two. But once you get to the Secret Garden chances are you probably will just want to open a bottle of wine and kick your feet up, and breath. The End.

Sweet little place where one can truly relax and let the cares of the world melt away. We stayed in the Prince/Princess Quarters and loved the peace and privacy that the Secret Garden Inn offers. Room was beautifully decorated in authentic southwestern/Spanish style, kitchen stocked with nice dinnerware & glasses, electric teapot, coffee maker, & microwave oven.. Nice tea & coffee provided, too.. Room temperature easily adjustable and consistent and bed was nice and comfortable..We will definitely be back. Thank you!

The grounds are lovely & check in smooth. Room #3 has a queen & three twins. Clean, pretty furnishings, great AC, and stocked with everything including both a drip style & coffee press, good sized frig, appliances & dishes, good wi fi. Utterly perfect location! Downsides for me were the window with no blinds, no private patio, although there many places to be on property to relax. If you want to sleep in, you can't due to skylight. And the walls are not soundproof, could hear everything from #4 next door. If returning, I'd choose #4 or #5.

A lovely establishment, well appointed including some localCoffees And plenty of outdoor seating choices. We just returned from our first stay, and willReturn again. The communication and prices were excellent. I would keepYour visits to the secret garden to daylight hours only, as there is a family of skunks that like to forage the grass at night. They won't bother you if you don't bother them.

like name. It says it is a secret garden, a rustic and cozy place. Surrounded by historical places such as missions, national parks, handicraft stores, good restaurants, the people of the place are very friendly, super recommended to spend time with your partner, appreciate nature at night, enjoy the tranquility and contemplate sunsets at night, the sky and the stars definitely if I'm in the area I would not hesitate to return.... inside the place very clean
