This place is awesome! It's a simple and clean store, with a basic layout that you would expect. Really unique environment and awesome family owned local business. If you are looking for awesome toys and figurines you should definitely check it out.

This is a really nice, locally owned business, with a ton of pop culture toys/merchandise contained within, ranging from Star Wars to Hello Kitty. I found the prices here to be quite reasonable, and I would recommend giving this place a visit based on what they have in stock alone.The person on duty at the shop did not provide great customer service, even though I was the only one in the shop. He didn't ask me if I needed help finding anything when I arrived. However he was professional when I asked him a few questions about their hours and ordering merchandise.Otherwise, it's a solid shop. If the quality of the customer service matched the quality of merchandise, it would be a lot better.

My husband and I enjoy little collector shops like this due to both of us collecting. Unfortunately the customer service here is lacking. Guy started a conversation and we mentioned were form Phoenix and come to the Tuscan Bookmans once a year and saw the shop. First off he said well we've been here two and a half years instead of saying welcome. My husband answered a call with a family emergency and told them were 1 and 1/2 hours away. I said we could always leave. The man interrupts and says you need to. Take your conversation outside. I was looking a large resin statue and my husband was going to ask about something else. If we were both satisfied it would have been close to a $300 sale, but thanks to rude customer service, we won't be back. That's explains why the shop was empty and felt like a tomb.

The owner is extremely knowledgeable and personable. I highly recommend checking True Collectors out for all your sports memorabilia needs.

This place is a great little gem. Locally owned, small business that I love. Each time I stop in, there are new items in stock. I'm dying to get the Star Wars messenger bag. Last time I was there I found GI Joe, TMNT, and Thundercats merch, some childhood favorites of mine. I can't wait to bring my brother to this place. He's from out of town and he will go nuts!I love the chill atmosphere. It's a cute little layout and put together nicely.I highly recommend checking this place. If you like them on Facebook, it's really cool because they have some stuff for sale there too.

Horrible customer service and he will threaten you for leaving a bad review. He was super rude when we didn't see a tiny two inch sign a few feet away. Then messaged and threatened me to take review down.

This place is amazing! The owner is very friendly and greets you as soon as you walk in. Excellent collection of various collectibles ranging from POP, Star Wars, Horror Movie figures and a whole slew of others. You can even find rare and hard to find items, some new and some vintage. Come and take a look for yourself, this is a great locally owned business run by a very knowledgeable individual. Strike up a conversation on any line he has in his store and he will talk intelligently about its present and deep history. This place is very clean and has a welcome vibe to it. Come spend your money here and support this local gem!
