Purchased a 2021 GMC 2500 HD from Trucks only in Tucson Oct 18 2024.While I know this is a used truck (84000 miles) and I did get a decent price on the truck, they only had one set of keys and remote. this was not disclosed to me till after all the paperwork had been completed. The manager gave me a card for a aftermarket company to get an additional key made, and that I would have to pay for the additional key. I took this matter up to Trucks only's Mesa store, which is their main store. and was told the same thing. and that it would cost me around $250 for the additional key with a remote. When I traded in my truck, they asked for both keys from me. Buyer beware when dealing with this company, if you do purchase a vehicle from them, make sure you get both sets of keys that are to come with any vehicle. It is also pretty obvious that this truck had been smoked in. After cleaning the indoor coils for the air conditioning, the smell is no longer noticeable. I am not one to do negative reviews for anyplace, but after spending $40000 on a truck, you would expect better customer care.

Spent $79,000 on a truck there. The pics showed an airlift system already installed (biggest selling point for me) . Part of the buying agreement was they would fix the airlift system, replace a crushed battery (yes, they actually had a crushed battery installed) and full detail of the vehicle. Where do I start... First they brought the truck from Phoenix, it smelled like marijuana when I test drove it. I brought it to the managers attention and he said he would detail it (with a smirch on his face, like it was funny). After we settled on the purchase and I was waiting for the finance office I saw two workers get in my truck and drive off, I asked where the heck are they going? "They just wanted to drive it" the salesman stated. I was kind of irritated at that, but continued with the purchase. I drove it home and agreed to bring it back for the battery and detail the next day. They had my truck for two days; stating that the detailer was unable to make it. The real reason was they removed the airlift system when they discovered they would have to install a compressor to fix it. Then gave a BS reason why they uninstalled it ( They can't sell a truck unless it's returned to stock), but it had a lift and tires?? They swapped out the battery with whatever they could find and threw it in the truck. After I got it back the left headlight stopped working too. If I had a time machine, I would go back and not even have walked on the lot. The cap for the brake master cylinder was also cracked. I don't believe they do any kind of inspections on these trucks; well by a certified mechanic anyway. Now there is a popping sound when I turn hard to the right, probably going to have to replace some suspension components next. Should have just bought a brand new truck...lesson learned. They were friendly, just be very cautious and give whatever vehicle your looking at a thorough inspection.

Worst Truck buying experience I have ever had. Purchased the vehicle on October 29, 2022, and it took until January 6, 2023, to get a sold notice to the DMV. My wife and I had to resign paperwork several times because they kept screwing it up or delaying so long that it would expire. All the paperwork I signed for the financing was for nothing because they ended up using a different bank than what they told me. I only learned of the change when I saw who the lien holder was. I know they fired one salesperson I was working with after getting COVID-19, and another salesperson Julian told us they fired him because of some misinformation he gave me and my wife. All around it was the most dishonest, disorganized, unprofessional car buying experience. The people at Trucks only Tucson are the reason used car salespeople have a bad reputation as dishonest.

Over the last 9 months I've made the mistake of trading in 2 trucks and purchasing 2 trucks here- losing at least $10,000 in equity. Both of the trucks I've purchased have had serious front end issues right from the start. After no resolution was found (after 4 trips to the shop for a total of 5 days) with the first one, I traded it in and took a loss (their gain) because I can't afford to be without a truck in my line of work. The current truck has been in the shop 3 times for a total of 12 days during my busy season. I was only provided a loaner for 1 of those days. After diagnostics, rentals, lost wages, and equity loss this whole ordeal has cost me at least $20,000. Stay away! I know the trucks look nice but you will regret it!

Trucks-only takes care of you not like other dealerships. here they have fair prices and also dont try adding a bunch of taxes or fees in the vehicle. plus all there trucks are pretty clean for used trucks. and if you like a truck and want a lift in the vehicle they'll add one and just work it into your financing. only thing i wish was that they had a bigger selection in the lot compared to getting them from other stores.

So many beautiful lifted vehicles but BEWARE OF THIS BUSINESS. They have cheap lift kits and the warranty is a fraud. Did you know once you lift your vehicle more than 4 in, it is no longer covered by the warranty? Of course not, and they still want to sell you the extended warranty. I had an issue with my lift kit and Chevrolet suggested I speak to a manager at this location to help me with my repair costs. He even called the manager to ask him to take responsibility for selling me a truck with a defective lift kit. I decided to go in person but the moment I walked in, the raunchy so called manager named Danny Maynes began to insult me, belittle me, and criticize my driving. I would have been ok with a simple apology, but instead he was rude and very unprofessional. Foolish man. Doesn't he realize that now a days businesses do better on good reviews. Don't spend your money here or you will regret it!!!!

Trucks Only has a great selection of trucks, however the name is misleading. They also have SUVs and Jeep's which I thought was weird because it's called Trucks Only. I took a star off because of this. I highly recommend coming here if you want trucks AND other vehicles. If you only want to be surrounded by trucks, ironically Trucks Only is not your place.
