Won't ever buy from here AGAIN
Worst alfalfa in town.
Moldy and bleached bales of "#2" alfalfa.
My Poodle loves his reasonably priced toy from the store!

Absolutely love this local feed store in Marana. I came into the store with my standards poodle puppy. The staff was Super accommodating and friendly. I explain to them that I was trying to work with my puppy . The nice young lady went and got the scratch for me, rang it up, and even loaded it up in my car because my hands were full. There's also a nice gentleman in the back who runs the firearms section- that is super friendly, knowledgeable and very patient in explaining about what they have to offer. Local family operated places like this are absolute gems. I encourage everyone to come out and support places like this -Before they're gone!

Nice, local feed store who I have been coming to on and off for many years. Have all the supplies and feed for small farms and pets. Located in Marana. Sometimes they run specials on feed and other supplies as mentioned in Facebook or Craigslist. I usually get 24 hay bales of Bermuda with Alfalfa, and never any issues getting loaded. Occasional wait for others to get loaded. No tax on hay. Credit Cards accepted.Just a note, they do NOT enforce any Covid precautions. No mask, no social distance, nothing. So be prepared with your own mask, sanitizer and ect. They did initially, but last visit nothing was in place. They apparently also started selling ammo (temp?) and I had no issues getting my propane tank filled.

The majority of the staff that does hay delivery is incredibly rude and disrespectful, and uncaring of other people's property and time. Since I don't have a truck at this time, I was willing to pay the delivery fee to have it delivered when my preferred farm was out of hay. The last two times before today, I've received bales of hay that were full of large rocks, large sticks, dead lizards, and clumps of dirt, but nothing so bad that I would refuse to use it or order again. However, today was the last straw. I was charged $21 a bale for #2 alfalfa. What they delivered was sunbleached, rotten hay that was full of mold, and nowhere near safe for my goats. It blows my mind that they even loaded it onto the truck much less delivered it to a customer. After well over an hour and a half of trying to contact the store about the problem, I finally got someone to answer and of course they were rude as well. I was offered replacement bales, but I told them that I had already ordered hay from a different store. The girls have to eat after all and they didn't bother answering phones. I told them I would like a refund and they could come take their hay back. I was put on hold and when she finally came back, she said that they could pick it up tomorrow and they would refund me the cost of the hay, but they would not refund the $52 delivery charge. Horrible business practice, especially towards a long time customer who spends a lot of money with them. I would understand if it was my fault somehow that the hay wasn't usable, but since they are at fault, and it was a totally preventable issue if they were actually paying attention to their product, they 100% should cover the delivery fee. I will never buy from this company again, and I recommend you avoid them as well. Clearly, they don't care about their customers or the animals that we raise.

Triple L Feed & SupplyWe bought 5 bales about 2 weeks ago right before I unfortunately had to go out of town with our truck for 6 days and my husband called and said the bales were full of tumbleweeds, like almost all tumbleweeds. I wasn't there so I unfortunately couldn't inspect the hay myself and he's not as horse savvy, and he didn't have the truck to return it. I returned at night on the 6th day after he did the night feeding, I got up to feed in the morning and was in SHOCK at how bad the hay actually was, I opened the last 2 bales to inspect them to see if they were edible or safe... And they were just as bad. I was full of stickers just trying to put 2 leafs in a slow feed bag and threw the bag down, went inside and told him nope! They cannot eat this and are probably already sick from what you've fed them, though it's not his fault. We went to Ajo feeds and found amazing alfalfa and the horses LOVED it! My gelding layed in the sun for 4 hours one day and that's when I knew the bad hay had effected him, he's usually extremely active and playful. I've since gotten him taken care of. Anyhow... We rebaled the hay and went to Triple L feed after already calling them and telling them the issue, they told us to bring it back and they'd exchange it. We drove from where we live S.W. side of Tucson to Marana where they are located and were told very rudely nah... We're not talking those bales back they've been opened. I told them WHY they were opened and that none was missing and asked them to touch the bale with bare hands and see how bad it was with stickers... They REFUSED to touch it as if they already knew. They said no shaking their head that they won't take them back being opened... Ok... So you wanna resell them??? My husband asked "so we're supposed to just eat the cost" and the guy said "yep" We told them were done buying from them and they just walked away and said ok INSPECT YOUR HAY CLOSELY WITH BARE HANDS BEFORE BUYING.View allTriple L Feed & Supply4.7(219)Pet supply store in Marana, ArizonaOpenOVERVIEWPRODUCTSREVIEWSPHOTOSBY OWNERABOUTGoogle review summary543214.7(219)ReviewsAllprices28hay13propane8business7+6Sort byMost relevantNewestHighestLowestMs Mize10 reviews13 hours agoNEWWe bought 5 bales about 2 weeks ago right before I unfortunately had to go out of town with our truck for 6 days and my husband called and said the bales were full of tumbleweeds, like almost all tumbleweeds. I have had great Bermuda from these guys for a long time, from time to time not great but the last batch was 1/4 full of straw. I called to ask about the quality because I drive over 40 miles to get it. The real problem came when I called to explain the situation and the reaction I got was unreal and unexpected. Loyalty means very little to these guys and dont bother to complain because they will react with great irritation.

New to the area and it being the closest thing to my house. Literally 10 mins I finally drove over to see if they could get me hay on a Saturday afternoon because I totally spaced getting it that morning at my usual place across town. The gal at the front was quick to make it known she didn't know who I was. Fair enough I just moved in. But she quickly noticed my hesitation and looking towards the door to leave and explained they had fraud issues last week and they are just being cautious. Understandable but definitely a better way to approach that subject. The boys that loaded the hay were super polite and loaded it nicely in the back of my truck for me. And the hay was actually decent and the flakes didn't explode when you looked at it which is always a nice small detail when feeding. I've gotten 2 truck loads so far haven't gone in and actually shopped around for supplies and supplements but as my bulk stock is getting low I'd like to have a look see maybe durning next weeks hay pick up. Would be a great help to have the ability to get everything in one spot rather than running all over town.

Purchased for the 3rd time delivered 500 dollars of hay trusting to get the same quality as before. Boy was I surprised with the crap I was delivered. Now keep in mind I work in town long hours and can't be there to inspect. So again I put my trust in a company to repeat what I received prior. I called on Monday because I worked on Saturday even and hadn't had a chance to review the hay throughly til Sunday. When I called with my concern of the hay not being #1 level that I purchased she said no problem we will correct it and get it swapped out. Then the next conversation it was back peddling with the owner will only compensate me with no charge delivery the next order. I sent pictures even of this cow hay they provided me and the post on Facebook confirmed from other knowledgeable horse owners that it looks like cow hay. I don't know what is going on but I am pissed .

Triple L has been a great option for us. They deliver even as far as we are. The hay we get is great, consistent quality and the rest of the product they will deliver along with the hay. Super happy to be using Triple L.
