Trinity Diamonds

Bought a diamond ring and wanted it sized and engraved .Took over a month! Charged me $75 for Two Words! Sent the ring across country for engraving.Spent thousands of dollars and they can't do the job there?? For free?? I won't be back.......

I went to Trinity Diamonds because I got a referral from my boss. I had an arthritis attachment removed from my grandmother's ring in 2022 there. The new solid band was gold PLATE and gold surface has worn off! I paid for GOLD. I am so disappointed that they robbed me like this! I paid a lot of money to get my grandmother's ring repaired to only have to have it repaired again. It is no wonder they are going out of business.

Went in just to look at wedding bands. As it is still very early in the engagement process I was just browsing. But the staff couldn't have been more helpful and nice. Their designs and rings were gorgeous and I loved the feel of a small local business. They also had a pretty large selection of men's rings and are willing to do any customizations you want. 10/10 highly recommend

We had an amazing experience with the owner Joanne and her associate Denisse while shopping for an engagement ring and wedding band. From the second we walked in we were treated like family. They took the time to find us exactly what we were looking for while explaining all of the details along the way. They were so transparent and never pushed us in any way. Our experience was completely different from when we went to the big box stores. Joanne is not in this business to try and upsell her customers and make a quick buck like the other jewelers we went to. She cares so much about doing right by her customers and finding the perfect ring within your budget. I can not say enough good things about Joanne and her staff, they are exceptional.
