Trident Grill IV

Trident is a very friendly, good to eat place and I do recommend it to anyone who's looking for a bite. My family is military and when we go, they are very kind. I do love the food, but I find an issue with getting something different whenever I go.

Came back again just to see if the service would be different this time. We were greeted and sat and our server came and served us which was more than the first time we came. She was lovely and accommodating too. Getting us condiments and refilling our drinks. The food was great. The restaurant was loaded but I'm happy that at least we were served instead of not being taken care of our first time.

Stopped in on what turned out to be an quiet early happy hour. But never fear, the place was starting to fill up by the time we left. We shared the happy hour menu pretzels with cheddar beer dip. Pretzels were tasty and right out of the oven. soft on the inside and just enough salt. My BH got the pulled pork sliders. Very ample portions and tasty pulled pork. I got a dozen buffalo wings. Juicy, meaty, great buffalo sauce. The BH likes this place because they have a full bar and a nice selection of wines. I'd vote for Trident to be the best gastro pub in the NW, and one of the best gastropub's in the Tucson area.

First time at this location and I would return. The service was fantastic. I wish I caught our servers name but she was very attentive and was helpful in helping me decide what to order from their massive menu. I went with a cup of clam chowder and the baked Alaskan cod tacos. The clam chowder was decent, they do not skimp on the clams. The tacos were different, topped with actual coleslaw that they also serve as a side for the entrees. The portion size for the tacos was generous, especially for the price, and the salsa was better than some Mexican restaurants. I was missing a sprinkle of cilantro on top. We also got a side of Old Bay fries and they were crispy and delicious! Between 2 of us we couldn't even eat half of them. They had the Monday night game on the TVs and the sound on too. I really enjoyed this place.

A sports bar at its best. An abundance of TV's for your sports viewing pleasure. Spacious seating, large bar area. Our waitress was quite pleasant, a nice smile every time she came to our table. It was late in the evening and they were doing many closing duties so the attentiveness to our table was not like it should be, However, anytime we waived she came right over. We were recommended the burgers as this was our first trip. My son had the T- town burger, this burger came with a whole half of an avocado! He said at first he wasn't to sure about the potato salad, but soon said it was actually some of the best he has had. For my burger I went with the mushroom Swiss. Thick, juicy, packed with mushrooms and cheese on a brioche bun. This burger was perfectly medium rare as ordered and needed no condiments. The onion rings were nicely battered and have a nice onion flavor, the only negative of the onion rings is that they came out unsalted. Dessert was a pizookie and Carmel cheese cake. A nice ending to the meal. All in all the burgers were hands down some of the best in Tucson. We have attempted to try this place in the past and maybe it was just timing, but this is the first time we were actually able to get a table and Trident Grill did not disappoint. A+ a definitely will return grade!

This is not my first review of Trident Grill on Ina RdThe food is always good, I've yet to be disappointed, more so, I've been pleasantly surprised and impressed. The atmosphere is casual and there is always w bit of the look of a neighborhood bar crowd.Service is always great with the staff fry's d attentive.Last visit included the 'super Reuben'/w fries, an order of the steamed clams and a steak salad.Nothing disappointing.

We decided to come have dinner at trident off of INA RD . we were not disappointed. Service was prompt and efficient. The ambience, is loud and lively which serves well because it is restaurant bar. Decided to get the fried pickles which were super delicious. My daughter enjoyed them tomato was tasty too spicy not too tomato flavor . I'm a sucker for wings so I got the H1 wings. They were delicious, but I need a little more heat so I decided to H2 sauce delivered the impact element. I was looking for overall we love this place close to your house, friendly, staff and delicious bar food. Very friendly we plan to come back again.

Arrived at 2:00pm & found it only 1/3rd full, was invited to sit where I wanted. My server Mela was friendly, polite & professional. Ordered the Fish n Chips, but requested the gumbo as a replacement for fries. Food arrived quickly & the gumbo was awesome. Fish were great as well. Nice selections of beer on tap & in bottles. Restaurant & restrooms were clean & the TV's with sports were not as loud as expected. I will be back.

We decided to try their Sunday Brunch and it was amazing! We had been here on Friday night and discovered that they served brunch from 9 to 12. We were not disappointed. We had the Jason's rancheros. there was so much food as you can see from the picture and it was absolutely delicious. The only thing that could've made it better was just a little bit more salsa, but otherwise the avocado was fresh, plentiful The potatoes were delicious. I had orange juice with my meal. My husband had the coffee and said it was delicious. He also had the same meal that I did. We will be back to try the bloody Mary and mimosas and more of this delicious food. There were not a lot of people here which was great because the service was attentive, fast and friendly. We will definitely be back again!

Absolutely AWFUL customer service. Been a loyal customer for years. Came here for a quick lunch. Some chicken and Caprese took more than 30 MINUTES to come out. The waitress could have cared less. The manager was aggressive and full of excuses. He offered no solution. HORRIBLE customer service and service recovery. Will not be back. This place could use some serious customer service training.
